Let's Do This!

Finally we were free to do what we wanted again! I don't think I could've taken another second of that art museum! The art was nice but I swear the people in there were looking at us and laughing like what even is up with that?! Ehh. To pass time and get out of the hotel room me and Maddie decided to look at local clothing stores and even though I thought a simple goodwill would suffice Maddie had German versions of Hollister and Gap in mind... The expensive stores.

After going through store after store and hearing Maddie say how awesome almost all the clothes looked and me politely agreeing we found ourselves in what seemed to be a hot topic? As soon as we walked in I was in awe at some of the clothes.. I decided that if I were to buy something it would indeed be from here. I looked at the black leather dressed hanging up but couldn't quite see myself in it though, too short. I finally came across a black casual v-neck tee with a red pocket on the left boob side. "Do you think this would match my skinny jeans and converses?" I asked "umm.. Yeah, I'd say so" I smiled and grabbed the shirt and noticed some german band bracelets... "I don't know what these say but I like them..." Maddie nodded "what's Tokyo Hotel?" I shrugged "maybe a Japanese band?" I suggested but decided against buying a bracelet but instead I bought a black and silver studded belt that would hang loosely from my hips... I'd look good, if only I could find some black and red shoes.. Ehh.

As we were leaving I noticed we still had plenty of time before having to get back to the hotel "you want to find a diner or something? I mean it'll be better than hotel food.." Maddie nodded but she was staring ahead biting her lip "what?" I asked getting slightly concerned at her fast changing facial expression "I see one more store I want to go in, is that okay?" I nodded "good! Come on" she said dragging me down the sidewalk.. When we reached the front of the door I could see inside and it wasn't the type of store I wanted to go into... "No! No Maddie! Why?! I mean we're on a school trip for crying out loud!" She stopped and glared at me "come on! You're acting like you're twelve" I rolled my eyes and shook my head "oh yeah you're right, most twelve year olds are curious and want to go in!" Geez... "Fine! But we don't talk about it after we leave!" She smiled and nodded before pulling me into the door.. I knew I was about to be scarred for life.

As I was pulled in I noticed stripper poles and short outfits... Plus other items.. But what i directly noticed was a pair of black and red high heels "that would match my shirt!" I yelled "yeah, go check em' out while I check this isle out" ugh.. Eww. I nodded and went on my way to look at the black high heels with red bottoms "Hmm.. Do they have a size seven?" I began going through one by one until I found a pair before turning them over "thirty euros?! And that's on sale! What the f-" I was stopped mid sentence when Maddie yelled "Avory! Look at this skirt! It would match your whole outfit scheme!" She held it up and it would but... It was so short, I'd be lucky if it would cover both butt cheeks.. "No Maddie! Do you see how short that is?" She rolled her eyes "it would look!" She came over and placed the thin black ruffled skirt against me to see it did cover more than I thought.. I actually really liked it and I would for sure look really good in it! "Okay! I'll get it" she smiled.. She was being really nice helping me with my outfit, "you want anything maddie?" She looked at me wide eyed and smiled "well.. I did see this dress over here that I really liked! Look!" I glanced to the direction she was pointing to before mentally cringing at the short metallic silver material "that's.. Umm.. Really cool" I lied "I know! Ugh. I love it, but it's more than I can afford and still be able to eat" I knew I shouldn't but I broke down "I'll buy it for you, as like a gift..." Her face lit up like a child who was promised a visit to the toy shop.. I sighed, there goes most of my money but at least it made her happy.

After her repetitive thank you's we finally made our way to the diner "I hope they understand my bad german..." Maddie nodded in agreement and as the waitress came I told her in german that I wanted a salad.. But instead we were brought two plates of waffles... "Umm..okay, I can go for waffles" madison laughed "same! Just think tomorrow we'll be standing in the front row of a Rammstein concert! So yeah, I'll take the waffles" we laughed and ate. I can't believe its a matter of hours before we'll be standing in front of Till and Richard and the whole Rammstein band!
