~Hawks POV~

Tokoyami looked pleased to see me. "Hey dude!" I told him as I flashed him a bright smile.

"Hi Hawks, why were you late?" he questioned. I couldn't help but scowl.

Dabi had heated up my door nob while I was in the shower. I wasn't in the mood to burn myself today. "Dabi, what is wrong with you?" I yelled. He was laughing right outside the door. I folded my towel and used it to hold  and turn the knob. When the door swing open, he skidded across the floor. I chuckled and he was giving me a death glare. This guy had the audacity to treat my home like his playhouse. Dabi got up and went to lounge on the coach. He'd taken a shower, so the apartment smelled a little bit better.

"I'm going to buy you something so the least you could do is not burn the building down, ok?" He shrugged. "I'll see."

I took flight and now me and Tokoyami were patrolling the streets. "My door was being a nuisance" I explained making sure to not rant about Dabi. "Anyway so how's that girlfriend of yours, was her name Tsuyu Asui?" I nudged him lightly as I wiggled my eyebrows.

He looked somewhat embarrassed but he wasn't really one to get flustered. "Yes that's her, she's fine" he said at last. "You seem to enjoy my love life, how about your own?" he looked me square in the face.

I shrugged. "I guess I'm just too busy, ya know?" Then someone who looked like a rhino in a lace ski mask so it was almost see through came running from a dark alleyway. He had bruises along his arms, and a long cut over his left eye that looked fresh. Tokoyami and I looked at one another and nodded. He was getting away, I had to fly or else he'd be gone. "Stop" I declared. The guy stopped and looked at me. He was twice my height. "What's wrong?" I gently asked. Rhino guy was about to respond but he had to catch his breath first.

"O-over there" he began. I'd expected him to sound, tough? But instead it was quiet and low. "She's there, you should have seen her!" We talked to him for a few more minutes. According to his story, there was a lady who gave him his  scar for absolutely no idea. "Thank you for the information, you should see someone about those." I pointed to the bruises along his arms. He nodded and then he was gone.

The Birds of a Feather had to investigate. At first we saw no one. Tokoyami stood behind me because I had to be a responsible adult and make sure no harm came to him. We looked everywhere and there was no one there until...a girl who was short and plump, looked to be around fourteen years old, and wore an ombre summer dress that faded from blue to green came out of nowhere. She was pretty, had long curly ginger hair that was almost to her knees, and looked like a doll. She was looking at me without blinking her dark brown eyes.

"Who are you?" Tokoyami asked bluntly.

"And where did you come from?" I added.

She just stood there...not blinking, moving, or saying anything. 'Maybe it's a doll someone dropped from the sky' I thought. That would make this situation a little less creepy. I walked towards her and gently placed a hand on her shoulder. "Ma'am." She leaned her head on my hand. 'Ok so she isn't a doll. Good to know.'

One moment she was a sweet looking girl, the next she had shape-shifted into a tiger. She reminded me of the tigers from the Zootopia song. She growled at me. "Tokoyami! Dark shadow! Now!"

 "Tokoyami! Dark shadow! Now!"
