Chapter 11- The Death of a Hero

~Dabi's POV~

This idiot was squeezing really hard. "Baby~" His wings fluttered. "Stop that would you?" 

"I don't know if I can though" I replied. "Whatever Scarface." Soon we where back in the apartment. I heard a phone ringing. Hawks ran and picked up. "Oh flip, I'll be right there." is all I heard. 

He came and stood next to me. "I'm sorry but I have some hero stuff to do." 

"It's fine, see you later" I bent down and kissed his forehead, "Just don't die on me already."

"Aye aye Captain" he then went and changed into his hero suit. Soon he was gone. I switched on the T.V and there wasn't really anything interesting to watch. I left it on the News channel maybe something would be interesting. Damn I really did have a good time tonight. Never thought that I'd be going on a date anytime soon. 

Hopefully Twice, Toga, and Kurogiri wouldn't tell Shigaraki. I know he'd told me to get my head in the game but sometimes I could honestly careless about what he thought. 

~Hawks' POV~ 

Mirko had called me because there was an emergency at the palace. They weren't any guards at the entrance which was odd. I barged in. Still no security, no Rumi either. I walked around the halls until... infront of a door was a guard on the ground with a puddle of blood around them. "Bloody hell..." I went over and checked the body. This person was dead. I opened the door and there was a hallway that led to a different door. I opened the door. The room was large with a bookcases on each wall. In the middle of the room was a fancy looking couch and a coffee table. All Might was sat on the couch, but there was a hole where his heart should've been. Mirko, Aizawa, Endeavour, and a doctor were in the room. "...What happened here?" No one was crying.

"An assassination..." Mirko said. She seemed shocked. "We aren't sure how this happened. How did someone get into the palace? It's one of the most heavily guarded places in Japan. Who could do this besides the League of Villains, right?" 

"It was an assassination done by no other than by Tomura Shigaraki himself." Aizawa said. He looked like he had just woken up with his hair in a ponytail, wearing pajamas, and his famous scarf around his neck. "Hawks, did you know this would happen?" 

"No...I was on a-"

"On a what?"

"A date."

"The League never mentioned this?" Endeavour questioned

"Yes Sir."

"What are we going to do? Everyone is already losing their faith in heroes. If they brought down All Might what chance does that leave for the rest of us? Who will take the throne?" the doctor rambled. 

"Endeavour will have to take the throne earlier than planned" Aizawa sighed. "We'll figure this out. For now we should check the cameras."

"Ok, I can go ask the League about this. They had been planning on attacking in around a month or two" I added. 

"We should also check the rest of the palace and call in more heroes to search the city" Mirko mentioned. 

"I'll call the heroes, Mirko start the search, Aizawa check the cameras, and Hawks go ask the League about this" Endeavour finalized. We all split up. I flew home as fast as I could. Dabi was asleep on the couch but woke up once had I slammed the door behind me. 

"Oh, you're back already? What happened you look either mad or confused and I can't figure it out?" he asked as he stretched. 

"Yeah..."
