I own none of these characters they all belong to Sarah J. Mass and I know I have probably said this like a thousand time but this is a rewrite/continuation of Feyrhys_Archeron's The Queen and the Assassin (I would highly recommend checking out her books they are awesome)
I was finally free, Sam and I had been living with the Silent Assassins for almost a year ever since I raided off our debts to Arobryn.
"Celeana...Celeana" Sam called while gently shaking my shoulder.
I shook my head to clear it from the fog it had been going into more and more often recently.
Every time I zoned out a different memory came out some that I buried long ago and wished I never uncover them again and others that consisted of Fire and ice, and Dark eyed beings that sent shivers down my spine.
"It's up to you to restore fate" a misty voice would always call when I saw these images.
"What" I asked Sam.
"Are you okay you were zoned out" Sam said worriedly.
"Just thinking" I replied and Sam didn't ask anymore questions.
The voice was everywhere and I couldn't escape it but for some reason I felt compelled to listen to it even though I didn't know what I needed to fix.
I was happy living here with Sam and helping train the people who lived here but something always feels like its missing, his warm brown eyes don't fill my heart all the way up like they used to.
I still love him but I still feel a longing for someone I do not know.
We walked into the training room to spar, normally I could beat Sam nearly every time but he kept being me over and over.
A different voice now echoed through my head it was new but still familiar "Fireheart" It called out.
Once again I shook my head trying clear it "I need some air" I told Sam as I ran out behind the stables.
The pressure was becoming overwhelming as new voices joined the mix.
"Bitch Queen"
"Whore"
"Eleytina"
"Lillian"
"Heir of Mala"
"Leana"
"Nameless"
"Fireheart"
"Aelin"
They called out and overlapped till it was just one big noise in my head.
I forced myself to get up and go back to where Sam was waiting for me but he was no longer there.
A acolyte came up to me and said "The boy you were with earlier said to tell you that he went to meet with a potential client and that her would meet you in the dinning hall" Then he went back to his own trying after I thanked him.
On the walk I think about what our future will be like I know Sam had mentioned moving to the Southern Continent but there was still magic there and I wanted to live a normal life with no magic.
If everything was perfect I would want to move to Ornyth, my hometown but there were so many memories there and my eyes would be a tell tale sign to anyone.
I sat down after grabbing some meat and waited for Sam and this mystery client.
Until next time peace out!
