Christmas break had come to an end and they had to continue going to their classes. They had a massive project for Astronomy coming up, yet the teacher hasn't told them just yet who their partners would be. Some people had shown Andrea slightly more respect for her being in the defenders and she just brushed it off. She didn't care for all the respect, and found it quite annoying, wishing they would treat her like a normal person. Like the way they used to treat her before. While Noah's friend just started to bully her more, saying rude comments to her usually when she was alone, yet Asher and Ryker knew about it. Asher did feel bad for Andrea yet she always reassured him that she was ok with it happening to her, she would always try her best to just ignore the rude comments they would say to her.
Surprisingly, Ryker was very interested in Astronomy, and sometimes wanted to learn more about it. They were heading to the astronomy classroom, since their class schedules were switched around. So instead of having History of Magic last, they had astronomy last. "I heard we are going to get our partners today," Ryker said, while they were walking through the corridors to get to the area. Andrea was not looking forward to this project since they could only be partners of 2. Also, the teacher would be the one deciding the groups throughout the entire class. "It's annoying because we can't be with each other" Andrea said, with both of them feeling the same way she did.
They had finally made it to the Astronomy classroom area yet the teacher still wasn't there just yet, along with many students. The Astronomy classroom had many constellations that surrounded the walls with binders filled with information. Andrea wasn't the biggest fan of Astronomy like Ryker, yet she didn't mind the subject. There were only about 5 other students who were in the classroom, which was surprising, since class was about to start. They all decided to sit in a table next to each other before they would be assigned their partners.
"Where do you think all the students are?" Asher asked, not knowing where they could've been. They both just shrugged their shoulders and continued to talk. Soon, all of the students started to arrive and all they needed to do was wait for the teacher to arrive. Ms. Barmony, the astronomy teacher, was usually late, so it wasn't surprising that she wasn't there when class started. "I hope at least our partners are good. I doubt she would pair any of us up" Andrea said, since the teacher always saw they would choose each other.
The teacher finally arrived and was now explaining the rules for the project they were going to be assigned. Today they would be assigned something called a "Zodiac constellation" and they would need to do research about it. When Andrea looked over at Ryker he seemed to already know some things about zodiac constellations however, Asher and Andrea were both clueless. Either way Andrea wasn't paying close attention since today was the day she needed to go to the library, to learn more about the haunted armor. Something that she was looking forward to, so she could finally destroy it, without worrying about it for the rest of the year.
The project seemed to be quite simple and they wouldn't need to work on it for a long period of time. She said within the next couple of days the project should be completed, while they would be working on it throughout her entire class. "Ok so now I will be assigning all the groups'' Ms. Barmony said, taking out a piece of parchment from her long dress. She was a very skinny lady, with glasses that the beads would hold it up. She had light, grey hair with light brown eyes and was one of their oldest teachers yet.
The teacher has assigned many of the groups yet none of Andrea's friends have just yet, with them just wanting to get it over with. "Asher and Ryker you will be working together" the teacher said and continued reading off the list. They seemed to be very excited to work together and Andrea couldn't blame them. However, that meant Andrea would need to work with someone she didn't know. "Andrea and Astra you will be working together" Ms. Barmony said and continued to finish off the rest of the list. Andrea never heard of a girl named Astra so she was curious on who she may be.
