It has been a couple of days since Andrea had woken up, and everything has been perfect. The nurse wanted Andrea to stay for a couple of days just to keep watch over her. She still didn't have enough energy to stand up on her own once she woke up. Asher and Ryker had never left her side once she had awakened. Asher would usually be cuddling with Andrea while Ryker would once again tease them about it. "We are not dating!" They both yelled at Ryker who was laughing at his own comment. All they could hear from Asher was a mumble because his head was digged into her neck. It was late at night and they were all planning to sleep in Andrea's hospital room. Since tomorrow morning she would be able to leave after she ate breakfast. Right now they were all just talking with each other.
Andrea would still have trouble falling asleep because of all the meds, it would sometimes make her feel ill and couldn't sleep. That is why they would try to talk to her, trying to get her mind off from thinking about the medication. They kept all the wires attached since they were now helping her significantly. However, getting all of the wires taken out was going to be a pain. They would take them off before she would eat so she could leave right after. "I just want to get out of here" Andrea said, with the boys knowing her pain. She was getting quite annoyed about staying in the hospital, there was barely anything to do. "I know bug, you will be out of here soon," Asher said, looking at Andrea whose head was turned, looking at Ryker. He looked at both of them with such a stare he thought that they were finally dating.
"He likes to call me that, I just agreed since he begged me to," Andrea said, which made Ryker pout. He was upset that the little nickname meant nothing, it was just a funny nickname he decided to give her. "You and your guys' relationship" Ryker said, rolling his eyes. Him still trying to comprehend how a cute and funny nickname still wasn't a sign from them to get together. Andrea and Asher looked at each other and just laughed. Asher was still acting like his true self around Andrea, just loved to cuddle and be all sweet. "We act like very close siblings, they cuddle sometimes" Andrea said, which made Ryker go into utter embarrassment. They looked at him confused, until he finally admitted something. "When I was 6 I did like to slightly cuddle with Rachel, I can't argue with that," Ryker said.
They looked shocked however Ryker couldn't use cuddling as an excuse anymore, it was a major bonus for them. "Now that is hilarious" Andrea said, who was slightly chuckling. They all continued talking until they started to get tired. Asher was the first one to start yawning and was now laying next to Andrea. "We have sleepy Ash now" Ryker said, to soon realize that he was tired himself. Andrea was tired however she knew it was still going to be a very long night for herself. Some days she would barely get any sleep, once she got out of the hospital she planned to take a long nap. Since the medication was keeping her awake and the boys knew that. "We should try to fall asleep" Asher said and with everyone agreeing, they all closed their eyes to go to sleep.
Asher wrapped his arms around Andrea's waist, while she had her back towards him. She was slightly tossing and turning, trying to make herself fall asleep. It was no use. Andrea's medication had some side effects, not being able to sleep was one of them. Asher found out she was having trouble sleeping and held her tighter in his arms, with Andrea now facing him. "Stop moving around bug, it's not gonna help," Asher whispered into her ear. That was his new nickname for her. "I know, my mind is just thinking about the experience and it's not making it easier" Andrea replied. It was quite a traumatic time for her, something she would never forget. Asher felt horrible and tried to calm her down, "It's alright, you are safe now, we will protect you". After a couple of minutes she finally fell asleep, Asher falling asleep soon after.
In the morning Asher left early to go and get breakfast for all of them. Since it was his turn today, Andrea still needed to get her wires out. Thankfully she didn't need to stay any longer, which Nurse Maximon wanted her to. However throughout the days she has gotten much better, which made her time in the hospital shorter. Everyone was still asleep when Asher had left, he woke up and quickly changed. Whispering in Andrea's ear, "I'll be back soon, just get some rest". With that he left the room, with her finally sleeping comfortably with the wires still attached. It was finally the day that she would get them detached. While walking to the Trickery hall Noah's friend group was talking discreetly. Slowly yet surely they all walked up to Asher to say a couple of things to him.
