Andrea was walking through the corridors once again and was trying to get to the headmasters' office. She had this sort of relief after finding the location of the haunted armor, even though she was already attacked by it. She was relieved that she now knew where the location was, and knew who the teacher was for the haunted armor case. Now all she needed to do was disable the haunted armor and defeat the teacher, so it can't do anything like this again. Simple right? Wrong, Andrea would have to do a lot of work to be able to destroy the haunted armor once and for all and she knew that. She looked down at her defender tattoo, the one that started this crazy adventure she was on. Even some days she would try to imagine what it would be like if she didn't become a defender.
Some days she would wish that she was a normal person with a normal life, just so she wouldn't need to deal with this nonsense. With getting unexpected news at the beginning of the year which had led to a lot of drama. Her and Asher's fight, having a life threatening mission, dealing with school and the endless homework, also her weekly training. Along with the unexpected news she was given and seeing Finch, she has gone through a lot the past couple of days. It just made her even more grateful she was able to go to this school and meet all of her new friends, some people who understand her. A type of care that she hasn't felt from anyone in a very long time. Andrea was very happy to have this experience, yet she was still worried for the next occurrence she would have with the haunted armor, worried if she would make it out alive or not. However her daydream was soon interrupted when someone had accidentally bumped into her.
When someone stumbled into her she quickly turned around with her wand raised in the air, that was until she saw who it was. Thankfully it was just Lucas and Ava also heading to the meeting, that is when she lowered her wand. "Merlin, don't scare me" Andrea said, to see that Lucas and Ava were together, something she doesn't normally see. Usually they would always all hang out together, Andrea let out a smile while they just looked away. "We ran into each other, also sorry for the fright" Ava said, which sounded like she was trying to make up some sort of excuse. Andrea slightly chuckled which nearly made Lucas attack her, thankfully Ava was able to hold him back.
"Don't kill me now! Nearly did that today!" Andrea said, which made them both look up to her in shock. She realized what she said and just laughed it off, leaving them confused on what she was talking about. "How did you nearly kill yourself already?!" Lucas said, running to her side with Ava running to the other. They have only been in the defenders for 2 years and were never in any life-threatening situations, unlike some people have. It seemed that a good amount of them didn't come back, which was what they were all thinking about. "Not my fault I'm trying to do the mission the headmaster put me on" Andrea said, shrugging her shoulders and acting like it wasn't a big deal. For some reason, she had a feeling that it wouldn't be the only time that her life will be in danger, as if more was going to come in her future in Black Academia.
"All I did was find the location and nearly died because of the haunted armor" Andrea said, which made them both grab her wrist which made her stop walking. Since now, she has been the only person who has been attacked by the haunted armor and was able to make it out alive, unlike many others. When she turned around she was immediately hugged by Ava, with Andrea not even being able to hug her back. She was very confused why Ava started to hug her all of a sudden while Lucas was just in a state of shock. "Well, at least you are ok, you're only 13" Ava said, coming out of the hug. Giving Andrea a soft smile, just happy that nothing serious happened when she had her first little battle. "Andy we can't lose you, even if you are on this crazy mission" Lucas said, which made Andrea smile.
She was happy that many people were worried for her, not even the boys, Asher and Ryker, knew about her little incident. "Thanks guys, don't worry I will be alright. I never had people who care so much but I will never leave that fast" Andrea said. They looked very sad that Andrea never really had any friends, mainly because she was such a nice person to hang out with. "I find that hard to believe, you are so fun!" Ava said, which made Andrea laugh, happy that some people appreciated her. They continued to walk and chat with each other while going to the defender meeting. Since they were rather early, so once again, Andrea along with them would be the first people to arrive at the meeting. Making them need to wait a very long time before everyone else would arrive.
