It was a week after Asher's recurring memory and he hasn't had a bad memory since, which was a huge relief. However, something happened during their last Tigerthey ranquet team practice. While practicing Javier got hurt, yet he said he was fine and they continued on with practice. So thankfully, everyone was still thinking that he was going to be ok to play in this ranquet game. While Asher and Andrea had been improving their skills in ranquet, along with the rest of the team. Even Ryker has become more interested in ranquet, which is something they never thought would happen.
The trio all had a rough time last night because of the endless work they were given, which they were all trying to finish. Since this ranquet game was one of their most important ones, other than the playoffs. If they won this game they would be able to get into the best position in the playoffs, making it easier to go into the championship. The championship will not commence until later on in the year, however they decided to do the last game now, to give the teams more time to prepare.
Their team has been doing pretty well, however some teammates were still very new to the game, which didn't help the Tigerthey team. Just like the 7 year, Jordyn, she hasn't been able to improve much, and doesn't seem to care for the game. However she has slightly improved on her throwing, all the others have not been able to improve on their skills. Many people on the team who knew how to play hoped to get better players next year. Yet they all thought they would be able to win the championship, which they haven't been able to do in years. Usually, Bathen would always win the championship.
Diego seemed to be very confident in our team this year to win the championship, even Ryker was excited to watch. They have never seen Ryker this excited to watch them play, and they didn't know why. They thought it was because they haven't lost a single game this year, they even beat Bathen in their first match. That meant Bathen was coming for vengeance, which Tigerthey has been preparing for this entire season. Now Asher and Andrea would bother Ryker into thinking he wanted to try out, which started to annoy him. It was finally something they could bother him about, so Ryker wouldn't be the one of the many who would bother them about their relationship.
"Asher get your butt out of bed! We are going to be late!" Andrea said, slapping one of her pillows hard on him. Just last night they were told they moved the game to 10 in the morning, due to how late Tigerthey matches take to finish, they were hoping it wouldn't take long. Andrea was trying to do her hair while getting ready for the ranquet match. Putting on her jersey #11 on quickly and having to redo her hair. "Andrea, what is the rush for?" Asher said, putting his head under the pillow, not even caring about what was happening. Ryker was sitting on his bed also confused until he saw the time on the clock and rushed to get ready in the bathroom.
"Ash we have a game today!" Andrea said, confused why he wasn't as excited as he usually was. All the time until this day he would be the one waking up Andrea, however today was very different. He looked up from his pillow still confused and saw Andrea flip her hair back trying to finish her messy ponytail. With a comb in her mouth to try and make it tighter, she was multitasking yet it was very normal for her. She took the comb out of her mouth and started to brush her hair back, making it as neat as possible. "Our game starts at 11?" Asher said, which he was trying to act smart, forgetting about the last minute change.
"Asher Hunter Maka how are you so forgetful! They moved our game last night!" Andrea said, looking straight at him. She was already stressing so much and they weren't lucky because they stayed up until 2 in the morning finishing up schoolwork. Even Andrea slightly struggled with the homework they had on Friday. Asher first seemed confused until he remembered Diego coming into their room telling them about it. They probably forgot because they were still in the middle of doing their homework. He looked at the clock next to him and saw they only had about 10 more minutes to get ready. He rushed out of bed and went into the bathroom with Ryker to get ready.
