It has been a week since the semifinals, and the Bathens were the team that won the other semi finals on Sunday. It was a very difficult game, it took forever for their Ranquet match to end. They didn't end up finding the canary so the only way they could win was reaching 500 points by shooting goals. At the end of the match everyone was exhausted, even the crowd who was yelling like crazy. The match ended 500-450 so it was a really close game, the main reason Bathen won was because of the beadons, something Tigerthey had a weakness on. On Wednesday they had a mini scrimmage, which Tigerthey won just barely. Lucas was still a hunter while the Balin twins were both junkers, many other positions were switched from the Bathen team. However the only change Tigerthey made was with Andrea, Asher, and Diego.
The finals were making Andrea sick in the stomach all week long she could barely concentrate in class. She really wanted Tigerthey to win even though she was technically part of Bathen as well. So somehow Andrea could win and lose at the same time, thankfully they just counted it by which team she would play with in the beginning. Just so it wouldn't confuse anyone or make her play for another house mid way through the year. Both teams have gotten better so everyone knew that this was going to be a match they shouldn't miss. They were having a regular evening and it was once again the dinner before the finals. Andrea was walking to her table until she saw Lucas talking to some of his friends. She had a very crazy and stupid idea to play around with him, also scare him a bit.
Andrea walked over to where Lucas was sitting and his friend did see her walking up, knowing she didn't usually sit with them. Putting her finger over her lips to show she wanted to do a little trick to try to scare him. His friend just rolled his eyes however Andrea knew it was just to make sure that Lucas didn't become suspicious. Andrea slowly crept up to Lucas and just jerked his shoulders back and forth quickly. He turned around and was about to slap the person behind him, that was until she had to jump to the side. "Woah easy there I mean no harm" Andrea said, putting her arms in the air showing her innocence. Lucas just rolled his eyes and stood up from his seat. Them giving each other a high five while he just playfully rolled his eyes. "I can't believe you," Lucas said. She just shrugged her shoulders and walked off to her dinner table. After eating, Andrea went back to her dorm to get ready for bed.
Andrea was in her dorm by herself and the sick feeling kept on coming back into her stomach. She didn't know why she was feeling this way. Andrea doubted she had become ill and thought it was just nerves for the finals. She took some medication to calm her stomach before going to bed just so she could try to last the night. While taking it Asher came into her dorm to say goodnight. "Hey Andy-" Asher started to say until he saw her taking some medication while holding her stomach. Swallowing down the pill she looked over to see him staring at her, with Andrea sending back a confused look. "Are you feeling sick?" Asher asked, worried if she wasn't feeling well enough to play. Since their finals were just coming up and losing their hunter will result in a dramatic change. "I think it might just be nerves, I've been nervous this entire week" Andrea said, with her being the nervous one now.
Asher did get some relief however was still worried since she did take a type of medication. "One, don't worry so much, I bet everyone is also nervous. Two, why take medication?" Asher asked. Andrea just slightly chuckled to see him worrying so much however she couldn't blame him. "Taking it just in case, I'm not missing the finals" Andrea said, placing away the pill bottle. Asher finally stopped worrying however that is when Ryker walked in while Andrea was saying something else. "The pill is just one to clear your system, I should be fine tomorrow" Andrea said, just seeing Ryker standing outside of the door. He looked shocked until Andrea told him the exact same thing that she told Asher. He was relieved that she wasn't coming up with anything, it seemed that he was more worried for her than herself.
"Well at least if you are not sick, we need you" Ryker said, with Asher agreeing right away. Andrea just laughed that they thought she was sick, even though they knew throughout this week she was nervous. Some days that was all they would talk about, just counting down the days until the finals would commence. "I'm not sick just nerves, now go to sleep I'm tired" Andrea said, pushing the boys out of the room and closing the door. Right when she walked away Asher opened it again, she released a sigh and looked at him. "I meant to say goodnight, love you bug" Asher said, who was poking his head out of the door. Once again, it was just something that really any friends do, they have seen it around a lot. "Love you, now goodnight" Andrea said, making him laugh and closing the door. Andrea laid down on her bed pondering about the ranquet finals until she finally fell asleep.
