It's been one week since I met Aiden after our little confession of love, well only from my part, he hasn't told me the magical three words yet, I don't understand why but I respect his decision of me wanting to heal first.
I still feel a little hurt whenever I think of my dream guy, his little memories that I painted and stored hung throughout my bedroom, and looking at it now and then, provoked me to end up in tears and memory lane, Liz suggested me to take them down, although it was breaking my heart, I decided to take upon the advice.
I placed the painting of my dream, our silhouette couple from the wall inside the cardboard box next to the picture of the white frock, every picture brought fresh tears and fresh wounds but I convinced myself that this was for the best.
After placing every single reminder, I taped the box and took it to our storeroom, Liz wanted me to throw them away, out of sight, out of mind was her little advice, I knew she was right but throwing them away didn't settle right inside my head, so I decided to place it at the farthest corner of our storeroom.
I locked the room after keeping it safe and walked down to school after picking mine and Cole's lunch. Cole has been ecstatic since I told him about our little moment, trying to minimize the detailings since it was his brother but thanks to my mother for spilling all the beans to him, very vividly from what she encountered that was, now I have three fans, fangirling our love story, awesome!
I parked the car and walked inside of the place I once called the hellhole. Truth is said, the school has been good these days with Cole.
"Arghhhhhhhhh" I heard someone screech in my ears, I turned and saw Cole with a shocked expression.
"What?" I barked and rubbed my ears, it hurts.
He pointed his fingers to my shoulders, I check it and saw a huge black spider resting on my sleeves, my defenses enhanced and I followed suit with Cole, "Arghhhhhhhhh! Take it away Cole please, God! Someone save me! Help, help!"
Cole laughed loudly, took the spider, and shook it at my face, it was plastic, p l a s t i c, plastic! I looked at the culprit behind this, laughing maniacally.
"What the heck bro! I hate spiders!" I yelled at him, he stopped laughing for a minute, looked at my face, and doubled his laughter, irritating me to the core.
"Idiot!" I shouted and stormed to my first class of the day.
The school jocks entered in with jovial laughter and loud chit-chat, at least they were having a good time unlike being thwarted by monsters.
I watched them for a few more minutes, they seem... Hmm... Okay actually, yes they were jocks but being raised wealthy does that to you, they were silver spoon-fed by their parents.
