TW: SELF HARM!

Y/N'S POV

Lene and I worked hard on our costumes, except for the fact that we asked Mrs. O'connor to make our fairy wings in our favorite colors. She came over to my house everyday. We made these cute ass butterfly tops and skirts/shorts/pants, mine in f/c and her's in blue. We're gonna pair them with whatever shoes we have that'll match.

The triplets are dressing up as the Greek gods they're named after, kinda cringy. Letty is dressing as Brandy's version of Cinderella, that girl has big money, and she's totally gonna body that shit. Jackson is dressing up as a prince to match with Letty.

It's Friday night, so Lene's sleeping over tonight, Mom doesn't really mind.

I walked over to the front door because Lene was outside already. I opened the door and she had lots of bags in her hands, so I grabbed some. She had one huge bag that particularly spiked my interest.

"My mom stopped me by the O'connor house to get the wings, so we would have lots of time to get ready tomorrow." She explained as I guided her up the stairs.

"I love your room! Your posters and pictures bring everything to life." She complimented.

I closed the room door and sat her bags down neatly.

"Lene, what're all these bags?" I asked while sitting down.

"Makeup, hair products, lots of accessories for our costumes, lots of snacks, my clothes, and I bought new makeup for us to test out!" She said rapidly.

"Did you bring gummies?" I asked and she nodded then handed me the snack bag, which was huge and heavy.

"Damn, girl. We should have sleepovers more often." I say while grabbing some gummies out of the bulky bag.

"I love sleepovers!" Lene exclaimed.

I chuckled at her while stuffing my face with gummies. I walked over to my speaker and pressed the play button, I was listening to music before she came. [your favorite song] started to play. We began dancing around. I sang the song to the top of my lungs.

"Wait! I brought stuff, so I can do your nails!"

"You don't have to do that."

"Yes, I do! We have to look good, head, toes, nails, all of it!" She insisted.

"Okay." I gave in.

"Can you open your windows? The acrylic smell."

I walked over to open the first window and saw Marcus through his window. He saw me and waved. I didn't wave back. I went to open the second window and saw him climbing out of his window. I didn't care too much about it and just opened the window then walked over to my desk, where Lene would be doing my nails.
