Last night was... amazing and dumb as hell. Why would I ever kiss Regina? I didn't know what I was feeling anymore...
I felt pain...
Guilt....
So many emotions mixing inside of me, it was building up a large ass fire inside of me that would explode any second.
I know what you're thinking though. Why would I kiss her? Well, maybe her happiness reminded me of Rose. She was just like her, but in Rose's perspective I should say, 'better'. I shouldn't say that though. Rose is the only girl I love. I had to tell Regina and let her know last night was a mistake.
I open my eyes to see myself laying on the ground with a blanket keeping me warm, and a pillow placed beneath my head. I sit up to take in my surroundings. No where familiar.
I stretch my body and when I make the slightest move to get up, someone had knocked on the door.
"Come.. in," I said with my grumpy morning voice.
"Morning Jacob.." Regina walked in holding a tray of breakfast. She set it down in front of me. On the tray was lucky charms cereal, and a glass of orange juice. She even added in some cookies.
"Regina, about last night--" I started but she cut me off.
"I felt something." She said it so fast as if she was sure of it.
Jheez, I'm done for now.
"What do you mean? You know it was a mistake right?" I watched as hurt flashed across her once bright green eyes. She blinked twice before looking away to the side.
"You.. didn't really mean it.. did you?" Her voice began to crack. Girl don't cry.
"I have a girlfriend... what do you mean..." Is she serious right now?
"Why would you kiss me then?!" She screamed at me. She was about to become the official supplier for the water benders, like for Katara.
"It was a mistake..." I said as I slowly began to sit up.
"Don't deny it, Jacob!" She yelled.
"Deny what?"
"You felt something! You're just being denial so you don't betray those feelings you have for Rose!" That hurt.
"I kissed you because you reminded me of Rose! You can't blame me because I haven't seen her in a month or 2!"
"You still kissed me..." She whined.
"Okay fine, I felt something, but I still love Rose."
"That's what you think now... Just wait until all the rest of your self-conscious kicks in," she said while leaving the room.
I sat down on the ground and ate my breakfast. This girl has me trippin' now. When I was done, I walked down to the kitchen to put the dishes away. I could hear the TV from the living room, so I tried to find my way there by following the sound. When I peeked inside, I saw Regina watching SpongeBob. I walked over to sit in the single seated couch. She didn't make eye contact with me. Not even a flinch.
"No point of ignoring me when you're going to speak to me again at one point... It always ends that way," I said to her as she flipped through the channels on the remote.
