Ahoskie Baptist Church
Ahoskie, North Carolina
Rev. John Davis: *yelling while doing a sermon* AND HE WILL KNOW!!!! YES HE WILL KNOW!!!!
Congregation: Yes. Amen.
Pam: *covering her ears*
Mother: Come on, let's go outside.
Father: She has to stay here.
Mother: She doesn't like it, when the preacher yells, okay? Come on, baby.
Pam: *gets up, and leaves the church with her mother*
Rev. John Davis: *still yelling and wiping sweat off* I SHALL SET YOU FREE!!!!
Congregation: Yes. Hallelujah. Amen.
Mother: You okay, baby?
Pam: I think so.
Mother: We can wait in the car, till it's time to go home.
Pam: Okay.
Mother: *unlocks the Lincoln Town Car with a North Carolina license plate on it*
Pam: *gets in the car*
Mother: We should probably go to another church, where a preacher doesn't yell during his sermons. A soft spoken one.
Pam: Yeah.

A/N I can relate to Pam. When I attended this church in North Carolina, for church service on a Sunday, the preacher was yelling during his sermons, and I guess I got uncomfortable, seeing that I am autistic, and have sensory issues. Pam is autistic, too. And her mother was nice enough to take her out of that church, and wait in the car. Don't be a silent reader. Please leave feedback. Thanks.
