Okay but DC's first proper hurricane

He's from Washington, so the worst weather he's seen is probably a bit of snow? and just rain.

So when he first hears about the hurricane, he figures everything will be fine. Florida seems to be treating it like a joke so they can't be that bad.

But as the reports are coming in, and the hurricane gets closer, DC realizes it's not a joke

He decides to come home and help the states, but he gets stuck somewhere

Then the evacuation orders start coming down
