DC Headcanons??? MAYBE?

THE DARKNESS

Okay but when DC first gets injured and slowly starts to fade away

Texas and New York immediately start trying to block the wound, they tear at their own clothes or use whatever's around them to stop the bleeding

Texas: You're not dying on me, not today sugar

New York has a little less hope; he's trying to help but he's watching DC fade and he knows because his immortality is gone it's only a matter of time

New York: If you die, I'm resurrecting you to kill you myself 

Florida is just in shell shock. He doesn't know what to do and is in massive denial. He doesn't want to believe DC's dying and fading away. 

Florida: Heh, DC will be fine, right Cali? He-He needs to run the meeting! He can't die if he has to run a meeting, right Loui? DC's going to be fine, RIGHT TEXAS? HE NEEDS TO RUN THE MEETING. HE CAN'T RUN THE MEETING IF HE'S DEAD YORKIE. 

California caught DC when he finally fell over and is holding him in his arms. He's watching DC fade slowly and is becoming more hysterical. He alts between trying to calm DC down, and yelling at the others to fix him.

California: Shh....shh...it's okay rosie. Shhh no no, don't cry....it's okay.....you're going to be okay. DAMN IT TEXAS AND NEW YORK HURRY UP. 

Louisiana is also holding onto DC but he's trying to reassure him that everything will be okay, and talking about things to distract him. 

Louisiana: It's okay darlin'. It'll be okay. You remember what I told you about New Orleans? Darlin' you'll love it. There's so much food and good music, I can't wait to take you someday. Shh, no no tears. We're here, we're here with you. 

When DC dies and finally fades, California hugs himself and collapses on the ground. Florida goes full feral and just starts screaming; literally no one can stop his rampage. It takes the whole south to take Texas down, and so does the entire northeast for New York. Louisiana just stares at the place where DC died, just lost in his grief.
