"Victoria Vale is the oldest of the first set of twins. We were only slightly terrified when the doctor told us we had two, and she's definitely kept us on our toes."
"Who was that?" Jack asked as his wife stormed through the house.
She never even glanced at him, just yelled.
"The S.A.B." She slammed the screen door and walked out onto the beach with her hands in her hair.
"Rosie, could you.." He pointed down to the meal at hand as she nodded.
"Oh yeah of course, Gwen you wanna help?" She took over as one of the youngest girls hurried to her side excitedly.
He stood at the door for a second before heading outside to his, obviously stressed, wife.
"Jackie. Jackie. Kid. Jacqueline?!" He tried over and over to get the women's attention. It seemed like at any point she could burst into flames.
Jack was never good with angry Jackie, in fact the mixed breed of a women scared him greatly.
"Kid, what happened?" He stood in the sand as the women paced back and forth.
"It's Tori."
Jack nodded knowingly, it was always Tori.
"Okay."
The man squinted his eyes waiting for the bomb boom.
"She's on her final strike Jack. One more and she's out. Her entire future down the drain!" She yelled trying to get her anger out.
Boom.
"What happened this time?" He questioned, hands on his hips.
Both parents looked up to the house as the rest of the girls scrambled, trying to make it look like they hadn't all been right up on the door watching and listening to the parents discuss the situation at hand.
"Partying again." Jackie looked off into the distance, finally stopping moving.
"What are they going to do to her?"
It infuriated Jack greatly that this was what Victoria had decided for herself. She was capable of so much more.
"Tori and Lucy are 19 and have been enrolled at the School of American Ballet for the past 3 years. They live out of a singular dorm together, but couldn't be more different. She has pitch black hair and Jack's green eyes, she's absolutely beautiful & uses that to her advantage 24/7. Out of all the older girls she if definitely the most feisty, often described as liking a good time, outgoing, funny, and excitable. Everything is a competition when it comes to the girls, Tori has to work for what she has unlike Lucy who is just one of those kids that it comes naturally to. Sometimes she lets things slip, but does have the capability and capacity to do amazing things, such as achieving her dream of becoming a Radio City Rockette."
"I requested her home. If she's here she can't do anything that's horrible. Maybe she'll get a hold on herself." Jackie rolled her eyes and sat down in the sand abruptly.
"She'll be down by the end of the day. I-I can't deal with her sometimes. It's like she's willingly throwing her life away Jack? And for what? To go out partying with her friends and to hook up with all sorts of guys?! Where did I go wrong?!" Her head fell back in the sand, already dreading the return of "the problem daughter".
All Victoria would be at home would be arrogant and annoyed. That's how it always was, she never came home unless she had to.
Both parents knew the capabilities of one of their eldest and only wished that she would see those capabilities too.
