(Y/N) POV:

Ban and I both know I wont be able to fall back asleep after a nightmare, so after looking at the clock on the wall noting the time, he gets up to make waffles. It's only five am but he knows my favourite breakfast food will help calm me down. Holding my hand he leads me out of the bedroom, and downstairs to the kitchen.

While he's mixing the waffle batter, I reach my arms around him giving him a tight hug. "Thank you for being so patient with me and my nightmares." I snuggled my nose into his strong back, as I inhaled his woodsy scent. "I'm so sorry you sleep is always ruined by them" I say muffled into his back. He places the bowl on the counter, then he reaches around bringing my body to face him.

Lifting my chin with his thumb to look into my eyes, he states. "(Y/N). I love you, and I would do anything for you. I hate seeing you in this much pain, and I would gladly take that burden from you if I could." He sighs rubbing his thumb on my bottom lip, trying to get me to stop chewing on it.

"I just wonder what the dreams mean." His eyes are so serious, as he stars into my green ones. "I love you too." I respond, while reaching up and giving him a quick peck on his plump lips. He picks the bowl back up and places the batter into the waffle iron. I watch him with a small smile beginning to form on my face, as he turns to pull the whipped cream out of the fridge, along with some strawberries.

"I've been thinking " I start to say, as he begins to chop my favourite berries. "Maybe I should let Gowther try again. I know last time he checked he said that there was a strong block on my memories, but...." Ban cuts me off, and stops chopping."NO! You know what he said, it could make the situation so much worse. we can find a different way" Ban stated in a worried tone. He lets out a breath before he continues to slice the strawberries.

I slide under his arms and stand in between him and the counter resting my head on his chest. Listening to his heartbeat, and just breathing in the smell of waffles, I let out a content sigh. We stayed in a peaceful silence, until we heard the beep signalling our waffles were ready.

I have no memories of my childhood. Whenever I try to think of anything before the Sins, it's like a big blank space in my brain. I look like I'm 24 but who knows how old I actually am. My earliest memory is waking up in the middle of the Fairy King's Forest. I didn't know how I got there or why I was there, the only thing I knew was my name, and that I had demon blood in my veins.

There was a confused looking boy with ginger hair, holding on to a green pillow floating above me, but he was upside down just staring down at me. I remember the scene caused me to laugh, and I just knew right away I could trust him. I later on learned that his name was Harlequin, and we instantly became best friends.

Within no time, He introduced me to all of his friends, and even though I was part demon, they all accepted, and protected me, letting me hang out with them. I started hanging out with King's group of friends called, The 7 Deadly Sins. Meeting them caused me to finally feel a sense of family. Everyone a part of this group was of a different race, and no one judged anyone's past.

I instantly felt a connection with Ban and Melio. It was weird, part of me felt like I had met Melio before, but he swears we haven't. We got along so well, and he quickly became sort of like a father figure to me, always watching out for me and making sure I was safe.

With Ban it was a completely different connection. From the moment I saw him I thought he was the most beautiful person I had ever seen. My heart soured every time his beautiful eyes met mine, and the fact that he never wore a shirt always had me heated. It was like he was constantly taunting me with his beautifully sculpted muscles, and that just wasn't fair to my heart.
