°Null-Time Zone°

Judge Renslayer signed her name on the last paper in the case file in front of her, shutting it afterwards and putting her pen down with a quiet click. She put the file on top of a few others to her right and leaned back in her chair. The case itself didn't really matter; there were hundreds nearly every day. The fact that order was continually maintained was the best part. Keeping Nexus beings in check was the main thing. Whatever happened on their timeline could just simply happen. A sister location TVA could handle it if something happened outside of their jurisdiction.

A beep emitted from Ravonna's monitor on her desk. Someone was sending her a message. She pressed a few keys and a sheet of thin paper printed out underneath her desk. She read through it carefully, the worry lines on her face deepening. It was from the head of one of her departments in charge of categorizing and sometimes creating beings down on the timeline. The Asgard department, to be specific.

One of the beings was missing.

Ravonna put the paper down and picked up her TemPad, paging for Mobius, her most trusted Analyst. After three tries, he still hadn't picked up. Rolling her eyes, Ravonna paged for Hunter B-15, one of their Minute-Men, instead. She picked up immediately.

"Judge Renslayer." The Hunter acknowledged.

"Find Mobius, then both of you go to Department AG-CH-412. Something's wrong."

"Yes, ma'am, right away." B-15 replied, cutting the line.

B-15 found the Analyst asleep at his desk, an old jetski magazine on his face as he snored. He must have fallen asleep while reading it. B-15 removed the magazine off of Mobius's face and shook him awake.

"Hey, what-- B-15, what's the problem?" Mobius asked, groggy.

"Renslayer's sending us to check a problem in AG-CH-412." B-15 replied.

"She's sending us to the Asgard department? What problem could warrant both of us?"

"I don't know, but she sounded upset when she paged me. We've gotta go."

Mobius got out of his chair and followed B-15 to the appropriately labeled wing. AG for Asgard, CH for Characters (a bit of an odd term, calling the people characters), and 412 for their TVA's number. There were several TVA's, one for each timeline. They were in the 412th at the present moment.

"What's the problem, Alt?" Mobius asked the department head, pacing back and forth inside of the expansive room full of people called chronomonitors at their desks with computers.

"Oh, thank goodness you both are here. One of our monitors' screwed something up and it's not exactly and easy fix." Mr. Alternity said, wringing his hands.
