after a while y/n got a call from kobe so she rolled her eyes picking up the phone and answering

Y: what kobe
Kobe: the kids came back and i lost them
Y: what do you mean you lost them
Kobe: i had the door opened and when i came down they were gone

y/n quickly hung up and ran downstairs going out the door then in her car speeding to kobe's house when she made it she went inside and yelled kobe's name

Y: let's go find them
Kobe: nah i lied

kobe closed the door making sure to lock it then he stood back in front of y/n smiling until she swung her hand back about to slap him but he caught it

Kobe: hey the same shit gets old after a while
Y: ugh let me hit you your dumb ass almost have me a heart attack
Kobe: but i didn't so be grateful
Y: yea i'm leaving

y/n turned around about to walk out but kobe grabbed her wrist spinning her back to him and placing his hand on her back so they were only an inch apart from each other

Y: what are you doing
Kobe: seeing something so say my name
Y: why
Kobe: just do it
Y: kobe
Kobe: interesting
Y: boy what
Kobe: nothing

kobe let go of y/ns back letting her back up from him and maintain a proper distance

Y: you did that for what
Kobe: you say you don't love me but your eyes say something else
Y: yea cause they're fucking dumb
Kobe: so that makes you dumb
Y: your mom
Kobe: i'll tell her you said that
Y: ok
Kobe: admit it y/n you miss me you can't stand not being near me you can't stand not having me all up on you at night you miss my touch you miss everything about me and it's killing you right now isn't it

with every word kobe kept getting closer to y/n until her back was against the wall and they were face to face so she turned her head and he grabbed her chin turning it back to him and just looking at her and she was just looking back

Kobe: can't speak huh am i making you nervous

she tried to form a sentence but kobe was so close she could feel his cool breath on her head and his eyes we're piercing into into her soul she could see the desire in his eyes then he lifted her chin up and kissed her she didn't kiss back but for some reason she closed her eyes then she took a deep breath before pushing him off and opening her eyes again

Y: i can't kobe

y/n unlocked the door running to her car and getting inside then she drove to the cliff sitting down with a million and one thoughts swarming through her head she was so confused and frustrated that a tear fell down her face

Mom: hey baby

y/n jumped a little before turning around and quickly wiping her face then her mom came and sat right next to her and she pulled her into a hug

Mom: now why are you crying
Y: i'm so confused mama
Mom: about what
Y: everything about kobe and vinnie
Mom: who's vinnie
Y: the guy i'm with now
Mom: ok what about him
Y: i don't know if i want him or kobe
Mom: what makes you say that
Y: well when i'm with vinnie it's like our relationship is so pure and we can joke about anything it's almost as if i'm a teenager again but when i'm with kobe it's like i'm in my own world and we're the only people in it when he looks at me i feel like i have my own galaxy in his eyes and he makes me want to give life as many tries as i can but it never works with him mama either he dumps me or he cheats on me but i can't seem to get over him
Mom: now why is this all just now coming to mind
Y: because he kissed me
Mom: but aren't you with vinnie
Y: i didn't kiss back
Mom: but the love came back
Y: i don't know i'm too confused to know
Mom: ok if you weren't dating vinnie what would you have done
Y: i would've kissed him back
Mom: shouldn't that tell you some
Y: it is but i don't want to listen to it i can't listen to it
Mom: what is it telling you
Y: it's telling me that maybe i haven't moved on from kobe and maybe i'm still in love with him
Mom: then go back
Y: it's not that easy
Mom: it was easy for you to go to his house
Y: because he lied like he lost the kids
Mom: so you like liars and cheaters
Y: what
Mom: and now you're dumb

y/n shook her head and got up getting in her car and driving away with the sound of her mom yelling in the back ground but she just kept driving until she made it home and when she walked in she saw vinnie and standing right next to him was kobe "it's gonna be a long night" she said in her head 

Vinnie: did you really kiss him
Y: why can't you keep anything to yourself kobe but no he kissed me
Kobe: but you didn't pull away for a good thirty seconds
Y: becau-
Vinnie: do you like him
Y: n-
Kobe: duh she likes me

y/n kept trying to speak but when she did vinnie or kobe would talk over her making her go crazy then she snapped and started yelling

Y: vinnie i'm with you and i want to keep it that way but there's times where i miss kobe and i can't help it for some reason i can't move on for more than a month but i'm trying and i know i should've pulled away faster and that's my fault but can you please forgive me
Vinnie: did you kiss back
Y: no i didn't kiss him back
Vinnie: then yea i forgive you

vinnie walked to y/n hugging her and she hugged him back feeling a sense of relief gently wash over her
