y/n ended up showering then hours later she got dressed in what she was wearing to the fair and she went downstairs telling cohen he was babysitting and he said ok then clinton came down dressed and grabbed y/ns hand pulling her out and getting in his car while they were inside she pulled out her phone calling people to meet her there then they talked and listened to his songs on the radio when they made it though they walked to the entrance and saw sharan, maya, tatyana, dayshawn, mariano, and smitty then they walked to her hugging her after that she turned her head seeing kobe, derek, michael, sunny, kenzie, ida, jano, and davine approaching when they walked up to them kobe hugged y/n and she hugged back then while she walked off he just stared at her getting completely lost until jano nudged him a little snapping him out of his thoughts then he started walking with the others

Sharan: so you and lover boy are cool now
Y: yea we're good
Maya: so what are y'all
Y: friends

dayshawn looked at tatyana and they both laughed while y/n looked at them confused

Y: what we're friends
Tatyana: girl friends don't look each other that way
Y: what way
Dayshawn: like they want to rip each other's clothes off then marry them

the others started laughing while y/n rolled her eyes turning around to look at kobe and when she did they made direct eye contact and held it for a while until y/n turned away

Mariano: shhh guys we're gonna act like we didn't just see that

Smitty: come on it's just jokes so what we going to first

y/n pointed to a water gun game so everyone went over there standing around it

Worker: ok so you get the gun and spray it on the dot the first one to win gets any animal of their choice

they shook their heads then y/n went against tatyana and they were laughing and shooting the guns until after a while y/n won and she got a big blue bear that smelled like blue raspberry then she looked around seeing kobe sitting down with some of the others so she walked up to him handing him the bear

Kobe: what is this for
Y: for you
Kobe: why
Y: do you want the damn bear or not
Kobe: of course

y/n nodded then walked off going back to the others minutes past and they were just standing around and talking

Dayshawn: um don't look but i think kobe just gave that bear to sunny
Y: what i'll be back
Tatyana: no you're staying with us
Y: but i gave that to him not her
Smitty: and he gave it away too bad come on we're not wasting our time on your boy problems bitch
Y: i hate you hoe
Smitty: you love me

smitty pushed y/ns head and she hit him then they started play fighting until they stopped and walked around for a few more hours playing games once they were tired they walked off going outside the fair until kobe called y/ns name but she ignored him until he picked her up but she pinched his arm making him release her

Kobe: what's wrong with you
Y: i gave you that bear and you fucking gave it to sunny like it didn't even matter to you
Kobe: that's not what happened
Y: then please explain how the bear i definitely handed to you ended up going to her
Kobe: she was all up on me feeling me and shit i was literally be sexually harassed for minutes straight and everyone was just making jokes out of it so i gave her the bear then she finally left me alone
Y: sorry that happened to you but i still didn't want you to give away my bear
Kobe: girl fuck that bear

Kobe: good we're on the same page

kobe cut y/n off by kissing her and she kissed back not knowing the others were around

Michael: she knows we can see them right
Clinton: man i knew she liked him
Tatyana: yea it didn't take a genius to see that
Clinton: yea it took a musician

they rolled their eyes at clinton then looked back over at them just looking at them stare at each other as if they were talking with their eyes

Jano: come on love birds can we go

"we're just friends" y/n and kobe said in unison then they looked at each other laughing while the others said "sure" making them roll their eyes then they got in the cars they drove there in going back to y/ns house

Clinton: you and that kobe kid what's up with that
Y: none just friends 
Clinton: you can tell me i won't tell anyone else
Y: i am telling you like i said we're just friends
Clinton: mhm

clinton looked back at the road rolling his eyes and continuing driving when they made it to y/ns house she got out the car going to the kids rooms to make sure they were sleep then when she saw they were she went into one of the guest room changing into pajama shorts and a tank top with nothing under sitting on the ground and painting the walls she was like that until someone came inside and put their hand under her shirt sending a shiver up her spine making her lightly shake

Kobe: i still got that control over you huh
Y: ugh no shut up

she pushed his hand out making him laugh then he sat in front of her

Y: i'm trying to paint
Kobe: i want to talk
Y: there's nothing to talk about
Kobe: let's talk about us
Y: we're friends that's the us
