a month past and it was time for the retreat so y/n dropped the kids off with vanessa then she went back home packing their bags and getting everything put into the trunk they decided they were all gonna drive to the location together so everyone was gonna meet up at y/ns house and leave anyways as they were putting their bags in the car and making sure they had everything kobe called y/ns name from inside the house so she walked inside going up to him

Y: huh
Kobe: i got a question
Y: ok what's up
Kobe: before we go on this trip i want you to know that i know one hundred percent you're the one i want to be with let's be honest everyone else is a little iffy some more than others but we're not gonna mention that but anyways i really do still love you and i'm still in love with you i just really want to know if you'll put this back on

kobe pulled the ring from his back pocket and held it towards y/n

Y: um i don't know kobe
Kobe: i told you and i wouldn't mess up and these past few months i haven't so please
Y: fine kobe

y/n held out her hand and kobe put the ring on then he hugged her and she laughed while he kissed her face over and over again then she gently pushed him away and grabbed his hand

Y: come on we need to get going

they walked outside and they saw everyone was out there so they got in the car and ida led the way to the resort they drove for hours and hours talking the whole drive there once they made it they all got out of their cars walking inside and picking their rooms then they went in them putting their bags down

Y: i'm so tired
Kobe: come on we can go to sleep if you want

y/n opened her arms and kobe walked to her and she wrapped her arms around him and then she laid back on the bed and rubbed his back until they both fell asleep while everyone else was downstairs talking

everyone walked off going to their rooms to get dressed and kairi went into kobe and y/ns room quietly opening the door then he walked up to them and swung his hand back then swung it forward smacking kobe's neck making him wake up from the sting and making y/n wake up from the loud sound

Kobe: i'm about to beat your ass

kairi took off running and kobe started chasing behind him then y/n sat up confused so ida came in telling her what was gonna happen so she said ok then opened her suitcase pulling out her bathing suit and putting it on then she grabbed a towel and sat on the bed with it in her lap waiting for everyone to say there were ready

Y: go get dressed we're going to the pool
