Chapter 1: Where It Begins

Hello! My name is Charlie, I am 17 years old and from the United States, LA to be exact. Around when I was in 7th grade I first heard kpop from a friend and fell in love instantly, and new what I wanted to do with my life. I started dancing, singing, and even learning korean. By the the time I was 16 I had convinced my parents to let me move to korean as soon as I turn 17 to follow my dream. So on my birthday I packed my bags as I had a flight the next day. I didn't know how I would begin but I knew I had to accomplish what I've been waiting to do for along time.

"Mom have you seen my phone? I need to call Jimin." I yelled. (Jimin was a friend from Korea I met when she was an exchange student in the United States, we became friends quickly cause I could speak fluent Korean to her which I suppose made her happy)
"No dear, did you leave it on the music player in the studio again?" My mom yelled back.
" I think I did thanks mom!" I rushed out of my room to go and find my phone and luckily it was where my mom suspected.
I immediately called Jimin,
" hello Charlie" she picked up right away and responded quickly like normal
"Hello Jimin, I'll be there tomorrow I'm super excited I can't wait to audition! And of course see you again it's been years" I said back to her quick response
" of course I'll be at the airport to get you, and it has been forever. By the way I know you will make it into the company and debut soon you are amazing! Well I have to go the school bell rang! Bye Charlie I will see you tomorrow!"
"Bye Jimin!"

I decided it was time to go to sleep, I quickly changed into my sleep wear and pulled my covers up... This is going to be the start of a new journey and a great one I just know it!
