7 months later and Layla Elizabeth Hotchner was now 3 months old. Emily was still on maternity leave and would return back to work when Layla was 6 months old. The couple got married shortly after Emily was released from the hospital. It was a small beautiful wedding in Rossi's back yard. The family adopted a cat shortly after Layla was born. He was a rescue cat. Aaron named him Sergio.

Aaron woke up shortly after 6 seeing that Emily was already up he kissed her cheek and mumbled good morning.
"Your awfully smiley for 6 am" he noted

"I'm just thinking" she said running her hand through his hair when he laid his head on her stomach and wrapped his arms around her, hugging her waist

"About?"

"When Jack asked me to adopt him" she told him smiling wider at the memory

"You may kiss the bride" the priest announced. The couple pulled apart when the clapping died down and a round of 'awws' were heard
Emily looked down seeing Jack kneeled on one knee with a paper rolled up and tied with a grey ribbon. A purple lily stuck out. Jack got got off his knee and gave Emily a hug before handing her the paper. Adoption papers. Her eyes started watering and she picked him up showering his face with kisses. Whispering yes into his ear he let out a loud squeal and hugged her tight

"Still can't believe he planner it all by himself" Aaron smiled

"I love you" Emily said lightly massaging his neck
He rolled on top of her and kissed her neck
"I love you too Mrs Hotchner" he replied placing a kiss on her lips
"But I think your going to love this more" he added kissing down her body stopping at her thighs

"I like the sound of that" she giggled.
Emily let out a deep moan when his mouth started working her she clenched her muscles and he laughed against her

Crying pulled them out of their pleasure and back into reality. Sighing Aaron brought his head up and rested it on her thigh.

"I've got her. You get ready for work" Emily said standing up kissing him softly before leaving

Hotch left for work shortly after he got ready and at around lunch time Emily decided she's going to go visit him

"Hey bunny, do you wanna go visit daddy?" Emily asked as she picked Layla out of her crib
The girl responded by giving her mother a gummy smile and giggles

"I take that as a yes" Emily said as kissed her cheek

They drove to the BAU and Garcia gasped as Emily stepped out.
"Gumdrop, Miny Gumdrop" she squealed

"Hey pen" Emily smiled hugging her half armed

"Can I hold her?"

"Of course, I wanna go see Aaron, he wasn't in a very good mood this morning" she explained and handed Layla over to to her godmother

"We'll be in my lair" Garcia said walking away with Layla giggling in her arms

After about 15 minutes of talking to the rest of the team. Emily walked up to Hotch's office. His door was closed and his blind shut

She walked in without knocking and closed the door. He was so busy with paper work he didn't even notice.
"A little birdy told me you haven't taken lunch" Emily said leaning against the closed door
His head immediately snapped up and smiled when he saw her. Aaron stood up and walked over and hugged her tightly hiding his face in her hair. Emily gently pushed him back slightly and held his face in her hands. Seeing the stress in his face she led him to the couch and sat on his lap waiting for him to speak.
"The directors are still on my ass about Foyet" he sighed

"What! It wasn't your fault. For god sake" she said angrily standing up ready to storm into their office. Aaron luckily stopped her

"Em. Sweetheart you can't do anything about it. I'll fix it" he told her bringing her down to sit again

"I know. I know you will. You always do" Emily sighed sitting back down on him again resting her cheek on his shoulder
"You need a distraction" she said kissing up his neck to his jaw

He waisted no time and followed her lead. Thankful that his blinds were closed he moved his hands down to her ass letting her be in control. Her hands went to his tie and threw it somewhere across the room while she moved to unbutton his shirt. She leaned back slightly seeing he wanted some fun. She let him kiss down her neck and when he started lightly sucking just below her collarbone she sighed contently and ran her left hand through his hair keeping him that position. She was wearing a lose low cut sweater so he pulled it down slightly giving him access to her breasts.

Just then the door opened and Rossi walked in saying "Everyone is heading out for lunch you coming...." he stopped once he saw his friend sitting on the couch his face buried in Emily's chest. Both Hotchners looked embarrassed and Emily quickly hid her face in her husbands neck

"So this is your lunch" Rossi smirked slightly

"Rossi" he warned

"Oh no no. Please continue. You kids have fun" he smiled walking out and closing the door behind him

"Oh my god" she laughed her face still hidden in his neck

"Where's Layla?"he asked helping her up

"She's with pen"

"I'm going to take an early day." He said plainly. Emily hugged him and placed a kiss on his lips before they walked out of the office hand in hand

Later than evening the family of four were sitting in their new house playing with Layla before her bedtime. Emily sat the little girl up on the couch next to Jack and made sure she was settle before standing up to clean the kitchen

Aaron came up behind her and kissed her cheek holding her against him. It was actually the first time she hadn't reacted to him holding her like that. She suffered from nightmares and PTSD daily after Foyet. Luckily for her the wounds he inflicted on her didn't scar making looking at herself at lot easier.

"Thank you" he told her as they both stood still at the kitchen counter looking at their children

"To what?" Emily asked curiously

"For our two beautiful children" Aaron said turning her towards him so he could kiss her
It was sweet and passionate. Telling her everything she needed to know. He placed two more short pecks on her lips before they returned to the living room. The two kids were sitting on the couch so Aaron sat on the large bean bag and pulled Emily down with him.
They just looked at Jack taking care of his little sister. He was currently showing her a photo book of when Emily and Aaron were younger.

Layla sneezed when Sergio shook his lose fur off and near her face, her tiny body was unable to hold itself up any longer and she fell over in her side onto Jack. He started his giggling uncontrollably making his little sister join with him.

"I love you" Emily whispered squeezing his hand that was resting on her abdomen

"I love you too. So much" he answered resting his chin on her shoulder as the continued watching their children interact
