Firstly, she looked at Ashley, the new agent. She had potential and Emily knew she could go far.
Second was Rossi, he had always been around, whether she wanted him to be or not. He was there, quietly helping her along, and encouraged her. He had been the one to walk her down the aisle, he'd taken up the role of her father figure after her dads tragic death."You good?" Morgan asked her
"I'm good" she replied, not that she sounded convincing to him or herself
He was next, Morgan had been like her older brother, teasing her when she didn't want him too, the over protective kind of brother that would always go overboard with the 'if anyone hurts you I will hunt them down and kick their ass' attitude. She would miss it non the less.Fourth was Dr Reid, the genius and brains behind most of it all. He was, like her the youngest in their 'family' her and Morgan would gang up on him during team nights, teasing him for his lack of people skills at the clubs. Her only brag on him was that she could beat him at chess, and poker. Seeing his messy hair she had withhold a smile, he really needed a haircut.
Next was Garcia. There were no words to describe her sparkly and unique demeanour. She was the light of the team. Alway trying to make everyone smile, always cheerful and bubbly. Sometimes to cheerful for Emily's liking, like on mornings after girls night or on the rare occasion that she was as Morgan would call it 'shit faced'. The blonds bright personality evened out the horrible pictures of mutilated bodies they saw more often then any one of them would like. Garcia was the sister she never had.
Last was Aaron. The love of her life, her husband and father of her children. They had been through so much together, and she was amazed by the fact the he chose her out of all people. Not that she was complaining, who would?. On the 'outside' or to those who work with him or don't know him closely, they don't understand why Emily would ever be with him. But they don't see what see gets to see, the 'big teddy bear' she likes to call it. They don't get to see the soft, warm, kind and loving, husband and father he is.
As he made eye contact with her. She swallowed thickly after he looked away. Taking one last look at everyone through her glassy eyes she slowly backed away.

"Lauren Reynolds, this is the guy I was telling you about""Told me everything but a name" she said reaching out her hand for him to shake
"Ian Doyle, pleasure" the Irish man answered
"I love being the man, brining people together, have fun kids" Fahey said, patting Ian on the back
"Jack told me you were provisional IRA"
"Used to be. Then the peace accord happened. Now I gotta look for work like everybody else"
"Expect... Ian... that's a Protestant name, isn't it? Not a lot of protestants in the IRA. Or is that how you proved you were a good fighter, by defending your mother for giving you that name?" She smiled
"And what is it you do, Lauren?" Doyle asked
"Right now I'm trying to get into business with a former IRA Captain, he's gone freelance, you might of heard of him. Valhalla"
"Yeah, I might know him" he said after taking a long drink
"Well... since this is sensitive... it might be begged to discuss this privately."
"You're just full of surprises, aren't you?"
"You have no idea"
