Chapter Five: End Of Sixth Year

June,26,1989

        "Tulip are you sure you don't want to come with Tonks and I, her mum said it was ok?" Y/n asked, Tulip shook her head. "No y/n, I'll be just fine." She said, shutting her trunk. "Are you su—YES, Because unlike you I have a loving mother!" She exclaimed, whipping her head around to look at me, her red hair falling in front of her face. Y/n's eyes widen and she turned around to pack her bag, trying not to let the tears fall from her eyes. "Y/n I- no I get it, I'm going to meet Tonks. See you next year Tulip."
Y/n said before grabbing her bag and running off to find Tonks. 

   Y/n and Tonks climbed onto the train, y/n had the biggest smile on her face, she was going back to a loving home for the first time in year and really wanted to leave a good first impression on Tonks parents so they didn't think she was a bad influence.

"do you know where Tulip is, I havent seen her today." Tonks questioned. Y/n shool her head and looked out the window. "Well im glad you coming to mine for summer." Tonks smiled, remembering that she wouldnt be going back to the hell she had to call home she smiled and looked back at Tonks. Her smile was big and her now blue eyes sparkelled in the light.

When they got to the platform Tonks instantly spotted her mum and ran to her. "Nymphadora." Her Mum smiled, Tonks rolled her eyes. "This is y/n." Tonks smiled, y/n walked over and smiled. "Mrs Tonks." Y/n smiled, doing a curtsy and almost falling on her face. "No need to be formal dear, just call me Andromeda dear." She smiled, shaking y/n's hand.

The drive back to there home was full of conversation and games like eye spy. "So y/n, Tonks told us quite a lot about you in her letters." Andromeda smiled, Tonks blushed and glared at her mother. "All good things I hope." Y/n laughed. "Yes all good things." She smiled.

When we got to Tonks house her dad wasn't home so I didn't have to meet him yet, Tonks showed me to her room so I could get my trunk put away. "We have a bunch of muggle games mum will problem make us play but I can convince her to watch a new movie we got if you'd like." Tonks smiled. "What games do you have?" Y/n asked. "Battleship- Bored games." Y/n said, cutting of Tonks from naming any other bored game they have. "Uhm, Ok then." Tonks smiled. "Mum said she wanted out help to make cup cakes when I was done showing you the room." Tonks smiled and left the room, y/n following behind her.

   They started the cup cakes and then sat down so y/n and Andromeda could play a game of battleship. "i5?" Y/n asked. "That's a hit, you really are good at this game." Andromeda smiled. "B3, also your father and I where thinking about letting you girls go out camping." Andromeda said. "Miss, I love camping, that would be so much fun." Y/n smiled.
