Tonks finally got y/n to calm down for just a moment and told her to get ready for there date. "How could we go on a date at a time like this?" Y/n asked, Tonks simply kissed y/n hands and smiled. "You need a break from panic. So I'm giving it to you." Y/n smiled at Tonks and nodded, putting on her shoes and followed Tonks to the astronomy tower.

Y/n smiled at the picnic area that Tonks at set up with food and water and pillows. Y/n was in such aw that she didn't hear Tonks asking for her to come join her.

When y/n finally sat down she laid her head in Tonk's shoulder and grabbed a sandwich. "You know, I really appreciate this, taking my mind off things I mean. It's been so stressful these last few weeks with Tulip and Mom and the bully's." Y/n sighed. Tonks just listened not saying a word as y/n ranted on about her family, and Tulip and school. Everything over the moon came up at one point it another and y/n couldn't help but feel embarrassed by the end of her ranting. "Sorry, you really should say something." She said to Tonks, Tonks shook her head with a smile. "Truthfully, I like listening to you. Puts me at ease." Tonks smiled. Y/n nodded and continued to just talk about things, like how she loved lighting, but hated the thunder that came after it. How she loved the rain, but hated to get went Or the loved snow, but hated it when it was too cold. All the little things that made up small talk, except Tonks never once said a word, instead listening to y/n speak about theses things.

Y/n eventually went quiet and they both stared out into the night, smiled stuck on their faces as the watched a shooting star shoot past. "What did you wish for?" Y/n asked. "If I tell you it won't come true." Tonks smiled.

As y/n and Tonks where packing up Tonks tripped over a blanket and landed face first on the ground, thankfully y/n was able to throw down a pillow that kept Tonks from getting two hurt.

Tonks stoped y/n off at her common room and gave her a kiss on the hand Goodnight before going to her own dorm and falling asleep.
