Y/n and Tonks made it just in time to there first class and where more then existed for Defense Against The Dark Arts Class. Lisanne and Merula tried to Mock and make fun of y/n, but absolutely nothing was going to ruin her high, or so she thought.

About halfway threw the day she was pushed up against the wall by Lisanne, Lisanne must have found another friend because he was holding Seb up against the wall. "Let him go." Y/n said, Lisanne smiled. "Your both making out school a mess with your muddy blood, what do mud-bloods like you guys have anything to do with magic?" Lisanne asked, Seb looked like he was about to cry. "Let him go please, he hasn't done anything wrong." Y/n begged, finally the boy that held Sebastian up against the wall let him go, he was hesitant to leave but when y/n nodded that it was ok Sebastian darted away, most likely to get Tonks. "I learned new spells this summer, Mum showed them to me, though I might try them out on someone like you." Lisanne said, she pulled her wand out and pushed it into y/n's gut. Before Lisanne could get a word out though She was on the ground. Curtesy of Tonks. The boy went hit Tonks with a spell only to be kicked in the back of the leg by Sebastian. Y/n smiled at them both as Tonks grabbed y/n's hand and pulled her close, checking for any blood or bruises.

"Any logical person would say you two where dating." Came a voice that y/n recognized all the well. "Penny." She smiled and ran to hug the Hufflepuff. Penny was one of the more popular people at hogwarts, but y/n and penny didn't get much time to chat. "God it's been a while." Y/n smiled, removing herself from the hug. Sebastian then walked over to join the group. "You two even adopted who." Penny laughed, y/n rolled her eyes with Tonks and Sebastian blushed.

Penny and Y/n caught up while Tonks and Sebastian had an interesting conversation. "Did you notice her fingers?" Sebastian asked Tonks, Tonks shook nodded her head. "Ya, She said she can't remember what happened." Tonks responded. "Well, my sister she had the same problem with her fingers, her nails themselves where gone, and if I tell you why you can't tell anyone." Sebastian said with a sad look. Tonks nodded instantly. "Well, dad used to lock my sister in closet's, and she would claw at the door till it hurt to much, eventually she ripped her own finger nails off, trying to escape the closet." Sebastian said, Tonks turned her head. "Why didn't you help her?" Tonks asked. "Because mom would hold me back in the other room, tell me that she deserved it, but I know she didn't." Tonks looked over at the Ravenclaw girl and took a closer look at her hands, her finger tips looked like they where grinded down by sand paper. What is she not telling me?
