When things get worse

*Herobrine POV*

I arrive back at my lair, greeted by pawn after pawn as I headed over to the lab. Those engineers and scientists had better not let me disappoint me if they know what's best for them. If I'm impressed, maybe I'll let one live... But only one. 

"S-Sir, y-you've r-returned! T-The device is r-ready-" 

I didn't let the scientist finish his sentence as I grabbed his head and crushed his skull. The rest of the scientists and the engineers trembled in fear as the scientist's lifeless body fell onto the ground. I smirked before heading inside the device known as 'The Egg'. 

"If my calculations are correct, this device will strengthen all of the quirks I have in my arsenal?" I asked. 

"Y-Yes sir, all 13!" A scientist confirmed, "Though it will be a long process, a week is needed." 

Hearing this, I sighed. 

"You know what, I'll allow it. Since you've managed to finish making this device at the pace that I expected, I'll throw you peasants a bone." I said. 

Strapping myself in, I wore my oxygen mask as 3 other engineers laid me to rest. This was going to be a long process, and a long slumber for me. But, there are benefits to this. 

"Notch and Jeb... If only you could see me now... Witness the monster you created transform into a GOD!" I thought. 

"Starting in 10... 9... 8... 7..." 

"Oh, before I go... I order all of my pawns to wreck havoc onto the city. Kill every civilian and hero, leave nothing but corpses and the smell of destruction behind!" I yelled at the top of my lungs. 

"3... 2... 1..." 

Meanwhile...

Dan and his group fought the withers and golems bravely. They were heavily disadvantaged however, as tons and tons of golems and withers kept coming. 

"I... I can't do this anymore..." Eret mumbled, he felt a burning sensation on his eyes that was too painful to bear. This was probably the drawback of using his quirk too much. 

"DIE!" Zak yelled as he took down an iron golem single-handedly, still persevering in his full-body diamond state. 

"IT ISN'T OVER YET!" Nick yelled, the flames on his body started to burn brighter as he completely burnt a wither with one blast of fire. 

"Nick!" Nikki called as Nick nodded. 

A powerful surge of electricity flowed through Nikki's body, she focused as the electric energy slowly transferred onto Nick's body. It hurt a little for Nick as he felt like he was being electrocuted, but he endured it. 

Surrounding himself in flames almost as powerful as the sun, Nick charged towards a group of iron golems. 

"PYROBOLT FLARE!" Nick yelled as he sent a giant ball of fire, mixed with Nikki's electric energy. 

The attack wiped out the group of iron golems completely, it even unintentionally took out some of the withers that were unfortunately nearby. Once the attack diminished, Nick dropped out of his human barbecue form as he fell on the ground, completely exhausted. 

More iron golems and withers made their way over, the group was getting overwhelmed when suddenly, a sphere of energy surrounded them. This protected them from the golems and the withers. 

"This technique... Only one person knows it..." Dan thought. 

"DARRYL!" Zak yelled as he looked over to his best friend. 

"You're gonna have to try harder than that if you want to get rid of me!" Darryl spoke, he was tired. 

While everyone celebrated, a portal suddenly formed and out came Technoblade. He picked up everyone and left in the blink of an eye. This left the golems and wither confused as they screeched, wondering what the hell just happened.
