Mission 4

*Wilbur POV*

Ranboo dropped Nikki and I at Kamino Power Plant, the place was dead as a corpse. Rubble and debris were everywhere, with the occasional dead body of what seemed like wire workers. How unfortunate. 

"Nikki, you ready?" I asked. 

"Hold on, Will. Look at this." Nikki spoke as she leaned closer to one of the corpses of the wire workers, 

"These are fresh kills."

"That means someone's here, be careful. Keep your guard up." I warned. 

"Right!" Nikki replied. 

The two of us continued to venture the power plant, looking for the generator. It didn't take long for us to find it, fortunately. Unfortunately, it would seem that someone has beaten us to it as Nikki and I witnessed a murder. 

A wire worker, maybe around 177 to 179 cm tall? Looks to be in his middle-ages. Currently, he is being mauled to death by a villain with blades for hands. Quite unsettling and creepy. I would try to help, but it was far too late to save the wire worker. All we can do now is avenge him. 

"Hey!" Nikki yelled, catching the attention of the villain. 

"What's this? A pair of fresh, wild youngsters... And you both look to be heroes." The villain spoke, his voice was super creepy. 

"Why did you come here?" Nikki asked. 

"I could ask you the same question, but it'd be rude of me to not answer. I came here to kill." The villain answered as he licked the blood that was stained on his hands. 

"You disgust me! Those were innocent people!" Nikki yelled. 

"Yes, and this one did put up quite the fight with his combat quirk. Sadly, it wasn't enough." The villain sighed. 

Nikki was growling at this point, she was about to step in and fight before I stopped her in her tracks. 

"Save your energy, I'll deal with him." I spoke calmly, Nikki nodded in response as she touched the generator, ready to use all her energy to get it running again. 

I would be lying if I said I wasn't terrified right now, but I know it's best to not show it. If Phil's taught me anything, that is body language is very important during a fight. I cannot show fear, if I do, it's game over. 

"Now you look tough, that scar looks badass on you." The villain complimented. 

"Shut up." I said before releasing a power sound wave directly at the villain, this sent him flying away as he crashed into a wall and tumbled onto the floor. He groaned a little as he came into contact with the floor. 

He got up rather quickly however, despite that dramatic first attack. 

"Now THIS is what I'm looking for!" The villain yelled, he charged towards me, swinging his blades towards my face. Luckily, I managed to dodge in the nick of time.

While I avoided his blades, I stretched my right foot out and kicked the villain in the stomach. I then regained my footing and released another sound wave directly at the villain, sending him flying. However, he managed to leave a nasty cut on my arm before he flew away. 

"Ahh!" I yelped uncontrollably, clenching my arm in pain. 

"Will-"

"STAY FOCUSED!" I yelled, Nikki's main objective was to get the generator running, not babysit me. 

"You seem to not want the girl to be distracted for some reason, I can use that to my advantage!" The villain yelled. 

"No you can't." I replied. 

"Imma kill her." 

"Don't you do it." 

"Imma do it." 

"DONT YOU DO IT!" 

The villain charged towards Nikki, both blades ready as he closed in. Without thinking, I threw myself in front of Nikki as the villain slashed his blades onto my chest. I fell to the ground with two deep cut wounds on my chest. 

"WILL!" 

"FOCUS!" I yelled as I struggled to get back up and face the villain.  

"Ah yes, it would seem like you still have some fight in yo-"

"SHUT THE FUCK UP!" 

I threw myself at the villain and released the most powerful sound wave I could, the ground started shaking as my vocal cords started to burst. I wasn't taking it too well, but neither was the villain as blood could be seen spilling out of his ear drums. 

"I need more POWER!" I thought as I pushed myself beyond the limit and released an even more powerful sound wave. This time, this sound wave shook the entire building as the villain was long knocked out. 

After what seemed like hell, I closed my mouth and fell to the ground along with the villain. The villain was dead, for sure. Meanwhile, I was going to bleed out and die. What a terrible way to go, but doesn't look like I have a choice. 

"Phil... Tommy... Techno... I'll wait for you." I thought before my consciousness started to fade away.

*Nikki POV*

I was almost done with charging up the generator, I could feel myself loose energy and consciousness by the second as I continued to release electricity. 

"C'mon... Almost there!" I thought. 

After a while, the generator was finally up and running. 

"... I leave the rest to you... I'm sorry, Wilbur." I thought as I fell onto the ground, losing consciousness.
