'I don't know if what I'm going to do is right but I need to see him one last time, bahala na si Batman kung ipagtabuyan man niya ako.' She said inside her head.

She's now at the back of a cab going to the place Pancho texted her and she's been biting her lower lip nonstop the moment she hailed the cab she's riding on. Seeing him tonight has never been on her plans for that day, heck, she haven't even thought about it the whole year last year but she really thinks she needs to see his face this time, even from afar, for the very last time.

She can't take the pressure of pleasing everybody anymore, she needs a break -- and seeing his handsome face, that's the kind of break she's been wanting since she last saw him but been deprived of. One year is all she could take, she can't bear another day of not seeing him. She'll breakdown if she'll not be able to.

She roam around the hallways inside the venue, this is where the love of her life is having his gig and she could clearly hear his voice resonating inside the venue. 'Lovely.' She closed her eyes and just feel his emotions through the song. 'Miss na miss na kita, B.'

"Sarah?"

She opened her eyes and came face to face with Pancho. "Kuya, kanina ko pa po kayo hinahanap." Pancho snickered a laugh and gave Sarah a teasing grin. "Talaga? Nag-effort ka ba? Parang na-estatwa ka na nga diyan." Sarah just smiled at her love's manager. She's grown accustomed to his jokes these past few years and hearing them again makes her heart so happy, aside from the fact that she's about to see him even though it's going to be the last time that she'll be able to before she'll succumb to other people's wishes and demands.

"So, isang taon na din?" Sarah nodded, and smiled again at Pancho. "Na-miss ko po kayo, Kuya Pancho." Pancho opened his arms wide, ready to bestow her a hug and she didn't hesitate to accept it. "You guys will be okay." Pancho caressed her hair. "Sana nga po." A tear managed to escape her eye but she's quick to wipe them and she removed herself from the hug.

"Kuya, saan po ba pwedeng dumaan? 'Yung walang makakakita sa akin?"

"Seryoso ka ba? He'll know you, even from afar, kahit mag-disguise ka pa." She just nodded. "I know but, I really need to see him tonight." Sarah paused and swallowed. "For the last time. Sige na po." She pleaded, if she needed to kneel just to see him tonight, she will.

"Hay naku kayong mga bata oo. Hala sige, boy scout kaya ako, ako pa ba?" Pancho smiled at her and gave her a jacket and a cap. It's too big for her but she accepted it right away. The moment she wore it, his scent filled her nose and she closed her eyes. 'What would I give for the universe to allow me to hug him tonight?'

"I always end my gigs with the same song, but tonight, it's going to be different. So for my last song, I hope that y'all will be able to chase your cars." They heard Bamboo through the speakers and it's followed by a tune of a song she never heard him sing before.

We'll do it all
Everything
On our own

"Ano baaaaaa..." She swatted his hands away from her now sticky face. He just successfully planted his finger full of icing on her cheek. They were having a taste of the cupcakes they baked for her mom's birthday and even though her mom thinks that he's only a friend, he didn't hesitate to help her do this for her mom. "I love everything and everybody that you love." That's what he always says to her.

"Sarah?" She blinked. "Po?" Pancho looked at her with a worried face. "That will be his last song. Kailangan mo ng pumunta doon sa loob kung gusto mo siyang makita ng sa malayuan lang." She nodded her head several times and composed her breathing. She's nervous, alright.

We don't need
Anything
Or anyone

"Sarah, stay. Please." With a tear-stained face, she sadly smiled at him. "I'm sorry, I can't." And she walked away from him.
