Y/N's POV

It was Saturday morning finally. After last night, I actually slept really well. I supposed it was something to do with the walk into the forest, or meeting Arvin again. I would never really know. I woke up, hearing my Aunt crashing around the kitchen, making a tonne of noise. I checked the clock by my bed, and it read eleven in the morning. No wonder I felt well rested, I'd slept for so long!

I went to go check on Annette and make sure she was ok. She was awake and rolling around in her crib. I picked her up and held her close to me. I got dressed and went downstairs to see what noise my aunt deemed necessary for whatever she was doing. I saw her by the counter, twirling a spoon around in some red-mixture.

"Oh Y/N, you're up! Do me a favour and pass me that bag of sugar." I handed her the bag and looked at what she was stood by. She was making the cherry pie I suggested yesterday. I held Annette closer to my hip, which my Aunt didn't notice, she was probably scared of messing up with it and wanted to concentrate.

"How is it going?" I asked, referring to the pie.

"It's going alright for now." She didn't turn to face me, instead watching the cherries soften in the pan.

"Is there anything you want me to do?"

"Just keep the little-ones away from the pie. Lord knows what the twins might do if they get a whiff of this." Her hair was all over the place, she clearly looked shattered. "Can you get Annie up too?" She looked at me, seeing me with Annette already and smiled. "God, my mind is all over the place right now." She poured the pan into a tin, lined with pastry and placed it into the oven.

I nodded and looked around. The twins weren't anywhere to be found. "Where are the twins?"

"They're out playing with the horses." She turned a time on and left it by the counter.

"I'll go out with them, make sure they're alright. I can take Annie with me if you want to get some rest. You look like you've been at this for hours."

"That would be great." She let out a sigh of relief and finally let herself slouch.

"I'll take the timer with me so I know when to take it outta the oven." I picked it up and held it close but held Annie closer.

"I'm so lucky you came here. It's so much easier than before." She revealed, which honestly made me smile and my heart melt.

"It's the least I can do for you letting me stay here." I smiled friendlily at her.

"I'm gonna head to bed for a while." She stated and slouched up to her room.

I glanced at Annie, smiling softly while she babbled. "Do you wanna go find your brother and sister?" I whispered enthusiastically, to which Annie replied with a huge smile and nodded. She was adorable. While we were walking out to the stable, Annette took the timer from my hand and shook it, like it was a toy.

I walked to the Stable at the back of the garden and saw Anthony holding his hands to his face and counting. I looked up and saw Rebekah up in the rafters holding a finger up, shushing me. I hid behind the open door with Annette and looked through the slats.

"Ten, nine, eight, seven, six, five, four, three." Anthony moved his hands slyly and snook a glance around. "Two... One." He ran around looking for Rebekah while I peered through.

I looked up, Rebekah was up and held still. She moved slightly which made the wood creak. That made Anthony look up and spot his sister. "I found you Becks"

"It's not fair, it wasn't my fault the stupid wood made a noise." She huffed and crossed her arms over her chest. "You didn't even find Y/N."

I came from behind Anthony and placed a hand on his shoulder making him jump. "I win!"
