"Ugh, what kind of—" Xiao turned away from them. He could feel the healing sensation that is enhancing in his body but unfortunately, the taste of is sickening. He felt like throwing up but not wanting to do it in front of them.
"Xiao... are you alright? You don't have to force yourself." Lumine asked him worriedly.
"...it's... fine." He quickly chews the food and swallows it, forcing down his throat in hope that he doesn't barf.
Lumine and Paimon took a step front.
"Don't come near me! I need... to... digest..." Xiao grumbled feeling embarrassed over the whole situation. Though, he didn't want to deny the fact that he's slowly healing from his wounds and exhaustion.
"Let's leave him alone Paimon," Lumine told Paimon as she went to take his white shirt from the tree branch. Due to its sunny weather, the shirt dried quickly. Taking her tools from the inventory, she starts to sew up the holes on his shirt.

It seems that mortal food can be beneficial even for me. How strange. Mortal medicines do not work on me but the food does. If the mortal food tastes horrendous, does the medicine taste even worse?
...I just realized that I was shirtless the whole time. This whole situation is making me feel so frustrated and uncomfortable and embarrassed— I.

After some time, he finally was able to digest the food. His body felt lighter and he didn't felt as much pain as previous. Although, he usually barely felt any as he simply ignores it to a point it does not bothers him.

Xiao inhales and exhale. He turned around and start walking towards Lumine and Paimon.
"...you're good at it." He mumbled.
"what?" Lumine asked. She couldn't hear him properly as she was too focused on sewing.
"—nothing." He looks away.
"Xiao.
You're weird." Paimon mentioned him.
Once again, he gave Paimon that menacing look.
"I'm done!" Lumine expressed happily as she held his shirt up.
Xiao took it from her hands and start to inspect the shirt.
"...hm. Not bad." He wore the shirt she sews.
"Ah. It got smaller." Paimon stated.
"Oops..." Lumine giggled.
"This isn't funny." Xiao folded his arms. What an idiot, smiling so happily to see me like this.
