Walking down the street, Soo-Yun kicked a pebble and pulled on her hood. She didn't know why she of all people had to get Hyung Jin's attention.
She couldn't lie, she felt a little bad for rejecting the boy. But it had to be done anyway so she didn't put much thoughts to it.
She needed to handle more thoughts as she already had those rent free in her head. She quickly texted Lim Ju Kyung to meet up and walked to the nearest café.
Ordering a whipped mango milkshake, she sat grumpily in a corner booth. Ju Kyung entered and settled across her in five minutes with a drink in her hands too.
Soo-Yun could notice she looked equally sad. " What's wrong? " The two chorused to each other and slumped further.
" You go first! " Ju Kyung offers and Soo-Yun nodded, " Okay, since I'm desperate to know this. "
She sat straighter, leaning closer, " Did An In Ho ask me out and I said yes? Before I forgot everything, of course! "
Ju Kyung choked on her drink, coughing and patting her chest. " What are you talking about?! Nothing like that happened! "
Soo-Yun felt like a loads of weight was lifted off of her shoulders. " Oh, thank God! I was simply scared so much! "
Ju Kyung frowned, " Where did you hear that? " He chuckled and Soo-Yun frowned, " Kang Soo Jin was-"
Soo-Yun cut herself off, confused as to why Soo Jin would tell her such a thing. Was she trying to stray her?
" Kang Soo Jin?! She told you that? " Ju Kyung frowned, " Why did she lie to you? That's absurd! "
