"Ah, son you're home! Sorry I wasn't able to pick you up!" Kuroo's father had smiled and pulled Kuroo into a big bear hug.

"Glad to be home." Kuroo smiled, accidentally punching his father in the back. "Sorry."

His father chuckled, "Don't worry, I get it."

Kuroo weakly smiled, 'What do you mean, I get it?' Kuroo was slightly mad at that statement, but he had probably just said that to show he understood his 'situation'.

"Kenma's upstairs in your room! He'll probably be glad to see you, but he might still be asleep." Misaki walked in, jingling her car keys. "He's had a rough couple of days."

"Yea..— damn!—" Kuroo smiled and kept walking down the hallway, sliding his feet towards the stairs. He stepped up the stairs, feeling his bag pull him down, still trudging up the steep steps.

Kuroo slowly opened the door, quietly walked in, not knowing if the boy was sleeping or not. He walked into his room with a sigh, set down his bag and looked around. The blinds were closed, it was pretty dark in the room. He spotted a lump in his bed, knowing it was Kenma, he walked over and stared at him. Kenma was sound asleep and stiff as a log.

Kuroo crouched down next to the bed and looked at him intensely. "Poke—" His finger immediately started poking Kenma's cheek. "Poke, poke, poke—." He repeated.

Once Kuroo stopped poking the boy he cursed himself mentally, mad at his tics for bothering Kenma.

"Sorry," Kuroo groaned and stood back up.

"Mmm, what the hell?" Kenma mumbled and shifted under the comforter.

Kuroo rolled his eyes, "I said sorry—," Swiftly Kuroo slapped the outline of Kenma's head, his tics were a bit on the abusive side today.

The room went silent, you could only hear the wind pushing up against the windows. A clocks arms ticked, Kuroo's breath went silent. Slowly Kenma shifted again and sat up, no peep came out of him. His hair was a mess, covering his tired eyes.

"What in the lord bar-fucking-batos." He quickly stated, leaving Kuroo in confusion.

Kuroo tried to laugh out of the situation, completely interrupted by his hand hitting Kenma's head, messing up his hair even more then before.

"I'm gonna kill my tics today." Kuroo smacked his own hand away and fell down onto the bed, sitting at Kenma's feet.

"Sleep, night, bye." Kenma mumbled and pulled the bedding over his head, fell down onto the pillow and completely passed out.

Kuroo laughed, then took a large breath in and sighed. Kenma was already sound asleep, well not exactly quiet. He was indeed snoring, which made Kuroo chuckle again.

"Pinch—Pinch yer' bitch!" Kuroo snapped his hands, flinging them in the air. "Pinchy, pinch, pinchers!"

Once the pinching session died over, the room went silent. Kuroo did not know if he had woken up Kenma, only stared up at the high ceiling.

"That one escalated.." Kenma whispered, muffled into the pillow.

"Mhm.." Kuroo murmured and switched onto his side, "It's getting— Pinch! — annoying."

Kenma didn't respond, he went back to his silent sleeping. Kuroo pushed his shoes off, one by one with one foot helping the other. Once the shoes toppled to the floor, Kuroo slid more on the bed. He faced down with his arms stretched forwards and his feet dangling off the edge. He was at the edge of the bed, being pushed even more by Kenma's feet.
