(The Kids in order of their pictures: Zane, Elizabeth, Theodore)

The kids are 15. You can hardly believe it. Dark has constantly studied Zane throughout his childhood. He finally had the idea of what was wrong by the time he was 10. Zane would see visions of the events of that poker night long ago. Celine, Damien, the secretary (you but not you), Abe, and William. With each passing day, Zane seemed to grow sadder. He'd wail in the night sometimes, and it got to the point where Theodore wanted his own room by the age of 9 so he could get some sleep. Elizabeth was scared for Zane. She often tried to comfort him whenever it seemed as if he'd start crying. She'd whisper-soft melodies into his ears, which would relax him. The school actually decided to make Zane and Elizabeth's class schedules the same so that Zane can be tamed easily without the need for a parent to be with him.

Even in the light of Zane's visions, life went on smoothly. Elizabeth was very talented in singing; the lead soprano in the school choir and theater production. (You assumed that's why Elizabeth chose to use soft melodies as a way to calm Zane.) Theodore was a very intelligent dude. This was Google's influence. Google would help the kids with homework, and Theodore was so immersed with what Google knew that he began learning with him outside of school.

When Zane didn't have his mind on the poker night, he would be an excellent artist. He drew so magnificently. He always gave his art pieces some sort of meaning. A few of his masterpieces featured Celine, Damien, and the others in such astonishing detail. You hung up a few of the artworks around the house, but Zane preferred to keep the poker night ones in his room.

Today is the day of the big art show. There are musicians, performers, artists, and more! Theodore stayed home because he wasn't artistic in any way and he said he'd feel out of place. Instead, he'd experiment with Google.

Zane stood nervously by the artworks he chose to enter. You hugged him as soon and you got to his panel. "I'm so proud of my boy! My special, handsome boy!" You kissed his forehead and he turned to see some girls nearby giggling. "Mooom. Stop. You're embarrassing me!" You looked at the girls. "Worried those girls might think you're a mamma's boy, aren't you?" He rolled his eyes. "I don't care. Just... go see Lizzie before it's her turn to perform. She gets on stage at 6:45." It was 6:20. "Alright, kiddo. I'll go see your sister."

You found Elizabeth chatting and laughing with friends backstage. You hugged her from behind, scaring her. "Mom!! You scared me!" She laughed. Her voice and laugh were airy; sweet and comforting. She wore a beautiful white dress with a simple rope she tied around her waist. Once you let her go she hugged Dark. "Thanks for coming, Mom and Dad." Dark laughed. "Oh, we would never miss seeing our children perform and show off artwork." She jumped. "Oh! That reminds me! Did you see Zane?" You nod. "Yes, dear. He told us to find you because I think we were embarrassing him." She laughed. "Understandable."

Elizabeth's chorus teacher then entered. "Ah, hello, you must be Lizzie's parents. A pleasure to meet you." He shook Dark's hand, then yours. "Pleasure." He turned to Elizabeth. "Lizzie, 5 minutes until your call. You better get in line." She nodded. "Yes, Mr. Lansing. Bye, Mom! Bye, Dad! Go into the audience quickly so you can watch me!" She ran off to stage left and the two of you ran to get in the audience.

Mr. Lansing was on stage, presenting Elizabeth. She was going to sing a duet with Nicolas, her boyfriend. Yes, her boyfriend. The same kid that wrote her a love letter back in third grade. They started dating in their freshman year, and as sophomores, they couldn't be any cuter. Anyway, they were going to sing "Point of No Return" from Phantom of the Opera. Nicolas even had a mask for one side of his face. Nicolas was in all black, and Elizabeth, as mentioned before, was in all white.

They walked onto the stage from separate ends and cleared their throats to sing.

As they sang, they also did the choreography. It was filled with such grace, such emotion. The entire room was silent, except for the occasional baby cry.

When they finished, the whole audience erupted in cheers. They bowed and walked off stage from opposite ends, different from where they walked in. You and Dark ran back backstage. You hugged Elizabeth. "That was magnificent, darling." She smiled. Nicolas walked in behind her. Dark laid a hand on his shoulder. "You might want to hold back a little with the hands going up my daughter's waist." Nicolas laughed. "You got it, Mr. Iplier."

You, Dark, and Elizabeth walked to Zane. (Unaccompanied by Nicolas because he was being praised by his parents.) Zane was packing up his panel. "Hi Mom, hi Dad. Little help, Dad?" Dark looked around carefully before snapping his fingers. The stuff was all carefully put away in Zane's bag. "Thanks, Dad." Elizabeth hugged Zane. "Your art is so beautiful! I wish I could draw like that!" Zane smiled. "And I wish I could sing like you. That was spellbinding." Elizabeth smiled. "Thanks!" You hugged your children. "How about we go home, pick up Theo, and go out to eat?" Zane and Elizabeth looked at each other. Zane smirked. "You thinking what I'm thinking?" Elizabeth nodded. They both yelled in unison, "Hometown Buffet!" You laughed. "Alright then."

So, you all drove home. Dark ran out into the manor to grab Theodore. Theo walked out with his nose in a book and climbed into the car. He put his book down and stuck a bookmark in it. "Let's get this show on the road!" You all laughed as you drove to the restaurant. One big happy family.
