"Ahhh you don't understand she is amazing!" Xavier said spinning in the chair across from me
Xavier and I are in my office working on paperwork or shall I say I'm working on paperwork and Xavier is distracting me with his mate talk don't get me to work I'm happy for him and Loren being mates but he won't shut it even when working
" I miss her already" Xavier and leaning his back
"She went shopping with friends like 5 mins ago," I said still not looking up from my paperwork
"You know how I feel tho right-" Xavier said standing up and getting in my face
"Right," he said as he places his elbows on my paperwork
"No, no I don't I haven't see Acacias for 2 days," I said sighing and leaning back in my chair
" and you don't miss him at all" Xavier asks
"Of course I do but I'm not going to stop my life and work to obsess about how much I miss him," I said pushing Xavier off my papers
"Right I'll just, just get to work," Xavier said grabbing a pen
"Thank you," I said getting back to my paperwork
Not even 5 seconds later
"Do you think she misses me?" Xavier says laying his head on his arms and sighing loudly
"Yes I think she does," I said sighing
I'm never going to get work done with Xavier but yet again when do I ever get work don't around him
"So Acacias when is he coming back?" Xavier asked as he played with the stapler
"Uh he went to go have a meeting with Alphas and Vampire leaders whatever they are called to talk about Abaddon and different security measures we are taking for now on so he'll probably be back today or tomorrow," I said flipping through the pages of paperwork
"We haven't heard from Abaddon in 2 months," Xavier says as he hits me in the forehead with a staple he accidentally flicked at me
"Yeah but In the demonology books it says when they disappear like that is because they are planning something big so I and Acacias came up with great security protocols with like 10 backup safety precautions so if he were to come back we will be 2 steps ahead of him," I said looking up at Xavier who now was trying to balance a pen on his nose
Suddenly Blair comes barging through the door
"Sorry I'm late I was a studio at the pack Alejandro's mother held me back trying to convince me to have a baby-"
"A BABY?" Xavier shouts causing the pen to fall off his nose
" yeah that woman thinks she's at Build-A-Baby," Blair says sarcastically as she takes a seat next to Xavier and takes his uncompleted paperwork, and starts to do the work for him
I laughed a bit as Xavier continued to balance the pen on his nose again
"I'm hungry we should get lunch," Xavier said slamming the pen on the table
"We started 10 minutes ago," I said looking at Xavier
"Yeah I work better on a full tummy," Xavier said stretching
"You never work," I said laughing
"Let's go To Lola's dinner I'm craving her homemade fries," Blair said getting up
"YAYY FOOOD" Xavier said getting up and running past Blair
