Chapter 14

Let me tell you, the scramble Toya and I did to get dressed again would have been hilarious if it happened to someone else. My feet hit the ground the moment that we realized that she was there, grabbing up my shirt as Toya lazily pulled his pants back up.

"Toga!" I say with a smile, causing her to giggle a bit.

"As funny as it was to watch the two of you scramble like that, you can calm down. I'm not going to tell Tomura. You guys do you, but I'm not going to stop poking fun at you." I chuckled and hugged her.

"This is why I love you Toga. Ya know that?"

"Awe. I love you too Melody you're like my best girl friend!" She hugs me back before smirking and skipping away. Toya comes up behind me, placing a hand on my hip.

"I went easy on you this time princess because it was your first time. Next time you won't be so lucky." Toya whispered in my ear with a smirk, causing me to turn and look at him.

"Is that a promise or a challenge Toya because that wasn't actually my first time. You just assumed it was." Shock crossed his face for a brief moment before he recovered with a small quip.

"That's a promise princess... Oh, I wonder how dear ol' daddy is going to react when he finds out his precious daughter slept with a villain." I couldn't help but to giggle because I knew that once dad found out he was going to loose his shit.

"If he ever finds out."

"Princess, I marked you. He'll find out eventually." My cheeks flushed slightly at that reminder before shaking my head a bit and starting to walk away.

"Off to do my rounds. Be back in a bit." He watched me as I walked off, shaking his head slightly. I used the time it took to make my rounds to fully comprehend what had just happened. Did I regret it? Not even. Am I surprised? A little bit. My next train of thought went to how Keigo was going to react when he found out, because he was going to no doubt about that.

As soon as the sun rose, we were all off again. Toga kept shooting me a knowing grin before going back to whatever she was doing. We were heading to find some kind of "great power" that was left behind for Tomura or something like that. Whatever it was that we were going after, it was the same thing that Kurogiri went after when he was captured. 

I sat in the back of the van next to Toga, messing around on my keyboard a bit to make a new tune. Dabi and Shigaraki were up front talking about something while Spinner drove. Twice and Compress were asleep in the middle. I hummed lightly as I messed with the beat a bit.

"Does it have words?" Toga asked as she watched me and I nodded before restarting the tune.

"...Trapped inside my thoughts and I can't break free but maybe it's a dream? Maybe nothing's really there? But as I keep trying to scream, all I hear is silent air. I'm so sick of all the pain as it's tearing me apart and I wish I could move on, free these feelings from my heart. Even if I had the words that I cannot seem to find
I don't think my heart would care, no matter how hard I try. Though I want to run away, leaving everything behind. If I try to change a thing, then the darkness creeps inside. Is there anything for me, is there somewhere I can go? Can my broken soul exist in this world of shining hope?
Does it hurt or is it sad? Is there anything for me? When the truth of who I am, is still something I can't see.... " Toga leaned forward a bit as she listened, the three upfront even stopped talking, Twice awoke with a start when I actually started singing and Compress peeked one eye open to see what was going on.

"Whoa, deep."

"You're so noisy..." Tomura grumbled and I snorted.

"If you didn't enjoy it, Shigaraki you would have killed me already so shut up and stop complaining."
