The trio, including Ginny sat in their seats as Prof. McGonagall began the usual seats in the Great Hall. After she was done everyone started to eat, and then after they were well fed and watered Prof. McGonagall made a strange request. She asked everyone but the 6th and 7th years to leave. Probably wants to explain the law " Dean whispered Hermoine nodded. She was surprised to see such a Somber expression on her face, McGonagall started to talk. As all of you know the war has had a huge impact on the Wizarding population. I just want you all to know first that I am against this law and have tried fighting against it(the students exchanged looks). It is a marriage law"" there was an instant uproar. We have just finished a war! Its not fair! Everyone was extremely angry. SILENCE! Prof. McGonagall yelled. Now for the instructions
- Students will be paired
(We don't even get to choose?!)
- each couple will have to stay together in a single room, there will be 4 couples in each dorm
- You will have to be engaged by October 5th and married by December 10th
-You will have to produce one child or pregnancy by February 15th
Prof.McGonagall sighed and looked around and said, that is all for now, you will be sorted tomorrow with your couples, please return to your respective dorms for now.
