A place far far away,
Nobody can touch or peek,
Nobody to talk to, nobody to speak,
I want to live alone, in my own cube,
No room for worry,
No room for you,
I want to live far far away,
Nothing else to stand in my way,
Wavy beaches and rays of sunshine,
Far far away.
I was told years ago,
"you have to prepare to be alone",
I was surrounded like I wasn't
Prepare to take the lonely throne
I trained and learned my way around
Yet they still keep insisting on sticking around
I'm so confused
What do you really want?
Me to live my own life?
Or you to boss Me around
I know you have good intentions
I knew that too
But I'm still hurting
Can't you see it too?
My life was steered in a different direction
They didn't account for my intentions
It sounds so futile to discuss
When who you're talking to
Forces your mouth in a clasp
I don't want to
Yet inside I knew otherwise.
Far far away
I want to live away from this place
I'm stuck in my own cube
No, it's not a phase
No more worries no more love
I want to die in a bathtub
Slit my wrists, escape this world
Until then, I know I'm not fine
