That night i walked home by myself, but anyways. Soon as i got home i went inside to find a note from my parents "staying out of the city for a week , love you theres food on the fridge" i sigh and crumble up the note before throwing it to the trash. They are never around so this is actually normal for me now.
I got a call from mrs.Desia and i sight knowing whats coming. "hey darling" she says and i put my happy voice on "hi mrs.Desia" .
"Hi darling so is it true Catalina and Lucas were at your place tonight? I really dont have a problem if they drinked or not yall are on a age yall wanna discover new things and thats fine but were they safe in ur place at all time" Of course they used me as their shield they know their mom would believe anything i say.
"Yeah they were , we drinked a little and catalina went too far i told them to stay but they said they were tired so i went home, did they got home ok?" i ask and i hear her let out a deep breath "Oh god yeah their fine and than you honey , youre sweet." She said before hanging up.
I put my phone on the kitchen counter while i heated some of the fast food that was on the fridge. Honestly i didnt felt like cooking. My family and catalinas have always been close since theyre in the same social standart , we are both in a really nice place on which respects to money. Our school is private and education is just great but they dont know what their sweet kids do behind their backs. How many cigarrettes have we smokes or how many time we have been pinned to a bed.
They think they know everything when they clearly know nothing but for now i took out my food and cook a bite. This is awful , i groan and left it there taking my phone while i went to bed and laid down , then a messages lights up my phone "Thanks for backing us up babe" That was Lucas chat but for some reason i let out a smile. What the fuck just happened? i just shaked my head laying my head back down and turning my phone off. Screw this.
The next morning i wake up to the sound of my alarm. I groan and sit up rubbing my eyes and taking the outfit i prepared yesterday for school. I walked out and there was catalina and lucas waiting for me in the car so i hopped in , sleepy as hell. "did u see what they did to my car?." Lucas said and i rise my eyebrow , catalina is laughing on the passenger seat "He gave a hickey to a girl that was taken and her boyfriend took revenge" she said showing me a picture of the side of his car with the phrase "Dick head." Oh no-
This car is like a baby to him, and i know how much they appreciate it so i can tell he was upset and when i mean upset i meant REALY upset.Once we got to school he even got out slamming the door and glaring at everyone on his way in.
Time to do something great for him , ive always saved up money it was supposed to go to my car when i had my driving liscence but you know? my dad is probably buying me one anyways as my birthday gift so who cares? ive been saving up for years so lets hope this is enough. I checked the price of the car online it wasnt THAAAT much at least not for me so i just asked one of my parents workers to go buy it and bring it to school for me, Ofc everything under lucas name but the money would come from me. So the school day passed by very fast actually , in between classes i couldnt stop thinking about lucas honestly. And that made me upset why is he messing with my head so much?.
When we all got out there was it, the same car and model as lucas old car, even way more cleaner and shiny. I see him walk out and look at it as i took the keys from the worker , thanking him and handing them to Lucas "tadaaa" i say giving him a small smile "i cant accept it you know-" i shake my head "yours." i say and his eyes filled with joy as he walked up to his new car with a smile.
