Third Person View
It's been a week and the new girl has already made a reputation as the "cold girl" of class A. She would always be alone, gives no attention to anyone or anything. She would probably we hated on if she didn't have good grades. She had the best grades in all of the school.
People wonder how did she even get a perfect score for every subject. It is nearly impossible to do so. She also have the mystery aura around her. Making her very hard and scary to approach. Some brave students did but got ignored and got hurtful remarks.
Ever since that day, no one dared to speak to her nor even look into her eyes. Except one student, Kim Minju. Ever since Sam appeared, she seemed more lively than usual. She's smiling more often, she would also laugh at jokes that Yena would make which is very strange indeed.
What people kept thinking over and over was why is Minju always with Sam? Some think it's because of the similarities in their attitude. Minju being known as the Ice Queen of the school while Sam being the princess. Not only was Minju being seen with Sam surprising enough, she would also smile and laugh around her.
Students and the Heirs alike were questioning their eyes. It's like Minju was someone else. Someone different. Not a bad different, but a good one. They felt slightly relieved and a little bit worried. Because this isn't the Minju they know. Maybe they're just trying to get used to it? Yeah, maybe that's it.
Minju's POV
It's her. Chaewon. I would notice that stare anywhere. I know it's her because she told me.-flashback to the day after Chaewon died-
"Minju-ah. Minju-ah."
"U-unnie? Unnie, I-I'm so sorry... I'm sorry please forgive me." I pleaded while silently praying she'll come back to me. "Minju, it's okay. I'll be back soon. Don't forget me okay? I love you." She whispered. "Unnie, I love you too."
When Chaewon unnie died, I knew I had these forbidden feelings. It hurts you know? I was betrayed and I killed the person who truly loved me. I know Chaewon unnie is the heir to the Dryxmar Throne just after she faded. It's because I saw a vision.
The vision showed me and Chaewon unnie in a dress. Both white, I was walking down to the altar where the throne room of Dryxmar is. A simple wedding could never determine if she was the heir or not, the kingdom of Dryxmar was used for the ceremony. And only heirs were allowed to be wedded there.
Months passed and no sign of her. When I saw Elise, I knew it wasn't her. She didn't have those cold but beautiful eyes she had. I was about to give up until she came. And I got to see those eyes again. The same one I fell in love with. No one can know about this, not even our parents. Because a traitor is amongst us.
-end of flashback-
Looking back at it now, I'm wondering why does Elise look like Chaewon, while the real Chaewon doesn't look like Chaewon at all. Confused? Same.
