The music blasted through her earphones. She was a huge fan of IoI and was devistatef when they disbanded. Who wouldn't? IoI was such a legendary group but it didn't stop the companies to disband them.
A group called Izone in the mortal world is now the last of the Produce series' groups. She's such a huge fan of them and wished them to never disband.
Chaewon stopped the song when their teacher arrived. She sat properly but the coldness in her eyes and emotionless on her face never faded.
After the incident that happened to Chaewon, Gabby made sure to always check on her everyday and the royalties would always ask her is she was feeling fine.
It has been 1 month and the routine stayed. Chaewon was introduced to the rest of the royalties who are now playing with paper and pencils. If anyone would see this, no one and I mean no one would think they're the heirs to the kingdoms.
"Okay, everyone stop what you're doing. We are heading to the arena. The test will begin in a few minutes. The whole school is there except for this section." That was their cue to leave. The heirs couldn't be risked in public since their the only heirs to the kingdoms and if one dies, all will be in chaos.
Chaewon grew fond and closer with Sakura and Chaeyeon alongside Yena and Yuri. Yena would always stick to Yuri while Sakura sticked to Chaeyeon. Yuri and Chaeyeon wanted to be Chaewon's friend so the other two stuck by them.
Chaewon didn't let her walls down though. She won't and she can't. It's too much of a risk. Chaewon can only care a bit for them but she can't be attatched.
As they entered the arena, screams roared throughout the arena. Whistles can be heard and boys scampered towards them but luckily guards were around them stopping boys from stomping over them.
They sat on their seats at the front while Chaewon was at a VIP seat near the heirs. She couldn't seat with them since she wasn't an heir to the throne, or any throne.
People hated, admired and loved Chaewon. Chaewon was known as the mysterious girl who was powerful enough to bring down their 1st rank -Minju.
Minju is their first rank who holds a 98.9% score. It's a score very hard to achive. The lowest amongst the heirs was 96.7%. Their scores were impossible to be reached by normal students. Although even if Minju held the highest score today, a higher score was achived by one student a long time ago.
It was the queen of Dryxmar who held the title. She had a 99.8% score that is now forever written in history. Everyone dreamed of breaking this record. Especially the first rank.
The test started. All they had to do was hit the target. That's all. Nothing special. But of course, throughout the years, the target has gotten stronger and stronger because of it's bond with the dimension.
The dimension seemed to have been getting stronger day by day. But even if that's the case, everyone was terrified. It's because as the dimension gets stronger, their magic gets weaker and weaker. But demons and blood attuned get stronger and stronger.
It's because Blood Attunes are also known as 1st gen Attunes. The 1st gen attunes have a deep connection with the dimension and that's where they get their powers.
It was the heirs' turns and the highest was of course, Minju with a scroe of 99.5% which is equivalent to the score 99.8%. If anyone would get a 100%, it means s/he would be the most powerful attuned in this dimension.
It was Chaewon's turn and she walked towards the middle. She was too tired so she made it quick and shot the target with 10% of her powers. It looked weak so everyone just laughed at her. Everyone mocked her and made fun of her. Some even said that "She's too weak, why is she even in the Heir's class?"
Little did they know that the power she released was much more powerful than all of them combined. And when I meant all of them, I also mean including the heirs.
The scoreboard would show her results in a moment but she had better things to do like cleaning her room rather than waiting for a result.
Everyone looked up the scoreboard as Chaewon disappeared from the arena.
Everyone gasped while the Heirs and the Kings and Queens stood up from what they had seen. The headmaster wasn't surprised, since she knew why, how and who Chaewon is.
