Hungary pov.

I walked through the turbine hall, slowly getting closer to the electric room. It took me longer because I was searching for a damn flashlight in my room. What surprised me was that Poland wasn't on his bed. I hope he didn't went to get more painkillers. He always nags about them not immediately working and takes more, than it was recommended.

A loud bang echoed through the halls. Soon followed by running footstep sounds coming closer to me. Instinctively I hide between the big waterpipes on the wall and shut off my flashlight.

A light beam came closer and whoever was shining their way before them, ran past me without noticing me. I couldn't see who it was and it was too risky to use my flashlight. I waited a couple of seconds until I heard nothing from the stranger.

The feeling of something bad might happen grew up in me and I went out from my hiding spot. What was that loud sound and why was this person running?

I continued my way. Several times I turned back to be sure no one was following me.

I opened the door to the electric room and shined my light over the control panel. At the first sight everything looked fine until my view went to one of the two main power boxes. The ship would be too big for one, so it had two. One for the 6th to 13th floor and the second for the 5th to 1st floor. I opened the thin metal door and saw that the switch for the power of 6-13th was turned down.

As soon as I turned it on the whole floor lightened. Satisfied I switched my flashlight off and closed the door. Now I only have to go up to the others.

Before I could leave the room, some red stains on the floor caught my attention.

I looked closer and saw that the smeared stains were bigger near the door to the engine room. An uncomfortable feeling grew in me and I walked up to the closed door. I opened the door and watched in horror at my friend covered in blood lying on the floor.

"Poland!" I shouted and ran up to him. Not caring about the blood puddle, I kneeled down. He was on his back with a big bleeding wound on his abdomen. The blood was everywhere. "NO. No, no, no." I mumbled while I felt how tears were threatening to come out.

"I.. no dea.." I heard those weak words and through my blurred view I saw his eyes slowly opening in pain.

He was still alive! But he was barely conscious and still bleeding.

The only way to stop the blood flow would be adding pressure on the wound. "I'm sorry I have to do this." I mumbled, while taking my shirt off and kneaded it into a ball. Not waiting any longer I pressed the improvised pressure bandage on the wound.

He hissed out of pain, but he was too weak to fight back. The fabric slowly turned red, but the bleeding got less. He needs medical help. I couldn't move away or else he will bleed to death.

But if I stay he would die either way. It was a mistake coming down there alone.

Weakly he grabbed my wrist and he unsuccessful tried to move away. "I am fine. Go help her." He stared at a direction past me.

I looked over my shoulder and slightly leaned my view over the corner. I was horrified seeing Slovakia also lying on the floor. The only difference was she lay on her stomach, her face facing away from us. A big blood puddle was underneath her.

I can't tell if she was still alive. For now I have to keep holding pressure on him, or else he'll lose more blood.

His grip on my wrist got weaker. Scared I took his hand and squeezed it slightly, waiting for him to squeeze my hand back. My voice was shaking as I cried, "Please don't die me there." He squeezed my hand barely noticeable.
