"What a freak." USA mumbled while leaving his table. The other guest are starting to leave the room.

Austria asked me while watching the others, "Should we also leave?"

I looked at the other guests. USA was long gone, soon after him followed UK. India looked like a mess. He probably didn't sleep at all last night. Russia still sit at her table and Brazil walked up to her.

While watching them I thought what would be the smartest decision. We need to find the observer and someone who can build the telephone, but that without any unwanted attention. The only people that know about the whole thing are only us two, Italy and partly Poland.

I switched my eyes to the big windows and saw from the distant dark clouds growing bigger. Let's hope we don't get caught into a storm.

Austria bowed closer to me and whispered, "How about I go to see Hungary and the others. I'm a little bit worried that Panama might start a fight with them."

In a same low tone I answered, "It might be a good idea. While you check on them, I will try to find a solution for our radio problem."

Austria nodded and stood up. Soon after he  helped me to stand up and we both left the room. "Who do you think could know about the technic stuff?" I asked my uncle.

As expected he shrugged his shoulders and answered, "I don't know. We know that Slovakia knew about that kind of stuff, but she's gone."

We walked past the bars and as I locked down where the small vent grit are, I remember someone who might help us. "I'll gonna ask our new friend."

Austria responded unsure. "Alright, but please be careful. We are still not sure if he seriously is on our side."

"Well there is only one way to find out." I said while walking to the direction where the stairs are. Austria went up. Probably to the infirmary, seeing if the V3 are there.

I looked down the stair and remember how painful it will now be. Bitting my theeth together I started to walk down the stairs. It took me a long time and many times I wished to just cut my foot of, if it helps to get rid of the pain, but that would be a very stupid idea. I can imagine how shocked my colleagues will be, if I come back from "vacation" with only one foot.

A small stabbing pain from my ankle reminds me to concentrate back to present. I'm already clinging on the stair railing, but it's not enough for my ancle. It's stupid to think about the future, if there isn't any assurance that we will ever arrive on land alive.

I felt a big wave of happiness as I saw the end of the staircase. The whole floor was empty and I wasn't sure how to find Italy. He's probably in one of the storage rooms.

As I entered into one I quietly called for him.

A loud metal shattering sound scared the shit out of me. I looked up from where the sound was coming from. Above the ceiling was a metall vent opening. Through the opening a dust covered face appeared wearing a fabric protecting his mouth. "What do you want?" He asked me.

After I recovered myself from having a close heart attack, I asked him, "Can you go down so we can talk?"

Italy crawled out of the vent and landed on the floor. He was completely covered in dust and wore leather gloves and to my surprise he didn't wear any shoes. I gave him my question, "Can you help me with something?"

Italy looked at me, not trusting to what I want from him. "And what?"

I'm not sure if he's gonna help me with this, but at least I tried. "Can you repair a radio telephone?"
