"I can't believe I'm sick on such an important day. Ughh..." The brunette groans in pain laying on his bed. "I have to let Khun knows. He must be so angry I bail out on him at the last minute. I'm so horrible even though I'm the one nagging him to come along." His head spins as more negative dark thoughts foam up.

He tries getting up, body aching, and dials the number. Khun. After four to five rings, there's finally an answer on the other side. "Hello?"

The sounds from his side creak full of people and background streets roam. He's outside...

His voice raspy, sullen as he groans out itching to screech but stops... hiding it not wanting to be found out. "I'm sorry, Khun. I don't think I'll be able to make it today. Our date... even though I kept pestering you..." His throat dry as he proceeds on apologizing. "Wait, wait. Slow down! Don't push yourself. Are you okay? You sound different."

'What do I do...? He's going to get worried.'

"It's nothing! I'm so sorry. I'll make it up to you promise! Have fun outside, Khun." "

W-" Bam hangs up immediately not giving time for the other to answer with a small quiet cough covering his mouth. ' Urgh... This wasn't how I planned it.' The brunette slips his phone back on his bedside table... sliding his back against the bedcovers deciding to get some rest.

'...What was that about?' Khun stares at his phone, blankly. 'Something must've happened, there's no way he would just leave me on short notice. All that guy talks about is this day. Our date.' The word rolls off his tongue a bit rough, he swallows hard.

I still can't believe I agreed to go with him.

Khun heaves out a sigh and returns his attention back to the florist.

"I'll have a bouquet of those."

He points at a bunch of Desert Bluebell, his eyes glisten from the sight as another one seems to be catching his utmost interest as well Dutch Hyacinth. They're honeydew just like his eyes.

"And that to go as well." The florist nods knowingly, running around to pack his orders. "Is it for you girlfriend?" she asks an obviously normal question. Girlfriend? Rather.... "ah no. Just someone I know." Of course... since he's at a flower shop right now...

'What am I even doing?' He shakes his head.

'-But what do I do now... I guess, I'll just give him next time. 'next time... is what I tell myself so why am I here at his house??!!'

He shouts throughout the neighborhood but immediately regrets it... 'But the flowers will wither if I keep it too long so yeah... uh huh.'

Khun keeps on convincing himself as if he did not come here solely because he wanted to see the brunette.

Definitely. Definitely not. He's just dropping by to thank him for last time! Nothing else. You got this, Khun!

Just then-

His phone rings, the bluenette panics and ruffles his pockets searching. 'Who is it right now?' He groans, clearly annoyed. His cobalt hues lit up, stares from the phone's bright reflection. A familiar contact. Name.

BAM.

Khun prepares himself mentally before pressing the answer button. Wait- prepare? For what? Khun made sure he sounds pissed- "What do you want this time?" He can hear the soft laugh coming from the other side but still sore and rough.

'Is he sick?'

"I've missed you..." What? Khun dares not to say a single word instead he just stands there still not moving an inch.

Can you blame him? At times like these, Khun does not know how to react hell he never even imagine he'll get to hear these words from anyone... especially from him. Bam.

A crack from Bam's side as he rumples on his bedsheets hinting that he's napping. His voice a bit tired similar to one who had just woken up- "Are you busy? I want to see you..."

This guy... after he ditches me now he says this?

A sudden rumbles flop from Bam's end, something crash. "Hey..." he eyes the window above. No answers, the bluenette worries- his voice loses control as he asks for an answer. "HEY! ARE YOU OKAY?? WHAT HAPPEN?"
