Okay, Chapter 11 people!

That night I did some reckless. Something so stupid I could have regretted it forever. I called Ollie.
He answered quickly. 'Hello?'
'Hey, Ollie.'
'Oh. Luke. Why are you calling?'
'I saw you earlier, and I thought I should explain.'
'You don't need to explain yourself to me-'
'Yes I do. You deserve to know that I was only talking to that guy because he came to talk to me. I was upset, he was just being friendly.'
'You didn't look upset to me.'
'He cheered me up a bit.' I sighed. 'Look, Ollie, I know I shouldn't have asked you out in the first place, I know I was a jerk, I know I didn't consider your feelings at the time, but I really care about you, and it kills me to see that look in your eye that I saw today. It kills me that I can't change that. It kills me that there's nothing I can do to make you happy.'
'Well that's just it, isn't it? You can't make me happy. But there's someone out there who can. I don't know who yet, but I'll find them, just like you'll get over your confusion and find out who is out there for you.'
'You've been talking to Connor.' It wasn't a question.
'Yes, I have. I was worried about you. I didn't know what was going on, and I care for you as well, but I've realised, that I don't care for you in the way I thought I did.'
'I'm not sure if that's better or worse...'
'Me neither.' Ollie admitted. 'But I just wish things could have happened differently.'
'Huh...'
'What?'
'Nothing it's just... You were my first boyfriend... And all in all... I'm glad it was you.'
'Ohhh... That's...'
'Tragic?' I prompted.
'No just... Not ideal.'
'Yeah. But at least I could trust you.'
'Yeah but now I feel like a jerk.'
'Why?'
'Because I was your first boyfriend, and we were together for only a few days before I called it off.'
'It would have ended anyway, Ollie. Better now than further into the future, when we'll both be even more hurt.'
'True... You're far too wise...'
'Well that's just me. I know too much.'
'Anyway, I have to go. Night Luke.'
'Night Ollie.' He hung up before I did and I just sat there. He was still distant, but not as much. Maybe I am getting through to him.

The next day was sunday, and I had nothing to do, so I called Jake and asked if he wanted to meet up somewhere.
It didn't take long for me to get to the small, quiet café. I was confused as to why he picked this place, but it was better than the bustling streets packed with people... It was quieter, much like my home.
'Hey.' Jake greeted me when I hopped out of Connor's car.
'Thanks Connor. I'll text you when I need you again.' I turned from the car and greeted Jake. 'Hey.' I smiled brightly.
