Sorry I haven't uploaded in a while. I'm just incredibly busy with college work and stuff. I'll try and upload as often as I can though! Song to the left doesn't really relate to the chapter but I've been obsessed with it for a while XD

'CONNOR!' Came a girlish scream from a short distance away from the car. It was unnecessarily loud. I began rubbing my ears.

Connor chuckled lightly and I smiled at him.

He stepped out of the car and was tackled into a hug by his girlfriend. Well... I presumed she was his girlfriend. I mean, she did end up attatching her lips to his like her life depended on it, but friends do that, right? Yeah. Sarcasm. I love it.

I stepped out of the car and walked over. I cleared my throat lightly and they split apart. His girlfriend scowled at me. She evidently didn't notice me in the car.

'Who are you?' She asked of me.

'His name's Luke. He's my step-brother.' Connor answered for me.

'You know, I do have a voice box, Connor. I can answer for myself.' I laughed.

Of course she picked up on the accent. 'You're british.' She noted.

'No shit, Sherlock.'

Connor chuckled and she just scowled at me.

I smiled slightly. I was going to have fun with this girl. She was going to hate me by the end of it, but I didn't care. Connor found it funny, and so did I. Therefore I was gonna really get used to that scowl.

I laughed and walked away. 'See you later Connor.' I told him before heading off to find someone random to talk to.

'See you later bro.' He said, and I could hear the smile on your face.

I could almost feel the pure hatred rolling off of his girlfriend. I didn't know her name, but it was probably something trashy. That would suit her to a T. She was a cheerleader, I could tell by her uniform, and she looked like to type of girl who spent more time on her back than anything else.

I remembered a joking warning someone once told me about sluts. STDs are airborne in that concentration. I shuddered a little and chuckled to myself.

Suddenly, a short girl, with shocking ginger hair and the biggest smile ever popped up next to me. 'You're knew.' She commented.

I laughed. 'People love stating the obvious in this school, don't they?' I asked.

'Oh my God, you're british! That's even better!'

'How so?'

'I love british accents.'

'Oh crap.' I laughed.

'What?'

'Just... don't try and flirt with me or anything, okay?' I asked.

She laughed at that. 'I won't. To be fair, true friends last longer than relationships.'

'And who says we're gonna be friends?' I joked, liking this girl already.

'Umm.. Me?' She laughed. 'What lesson do you have first?'

'Ummm...' I fished out my timetable. 'Biology.'

'That's awesome.'

'How so?'

'Me too! That's how so!' I laughed. 'Well at least I won't be the freaky new loner guy sat on his own at the back of the classroom.' I joked.

'No. You'll be the new guy who's sat with the freaky loner girl at the back of the classroom.'
