I can't let Vulcan get away with this.
But how would I get to her? I don't want to bring anyone with me so they won't get hurt. The only way to get to Vulcan, is directly going to an military base and I have an idea which one.

Whew made it. Now according this map, Base 301 is 50 miles away. No problem it will only take me a second literally. *activates ability*.

Fiore: Really?
Emerson: Vulcan killed.
Fiore: Who?
Emerson: My Uncle who was a vigilante.
Fiore: Really?
Emerson: Yeah he was the only one with an ability, I believe it was Rock Strength? But yeah, since I now have an ability I want to get back at her.
Fiore: I'm so sorry Emerson.
