Ringggg

Beep beep beep

Several alarms rang inside the bedroom. You could hear it from downstairs where you were making some breakfast. It was currently 5 in the morning and you knew your friend would take some time to wake up and get ready for class.

"She's really not going to get up, is she?" You spoke to yourself with a sigh. Placing down the chopsticks off your hand, you went to the girl's bedroom. Turning off all the loud alarm clocks, you went next to her.

"Wake up," you told the girl as you tapped on her shoulder.

She groaned and covered her head with her blanket. "Noo~," she muttered.

"You're going to be late again. Also, Saori's going to arrive soon. Better get up now."

Silence.

The nerve. She ignored you.

"If you don't get up I'm going to have to force you up," you told her in a serious tone. Crossing your arms, you stared at her.

Drowsy with dark hazel eyes peeked out, staring at you. "Make me," she told you. You could almost see her grin under the blanket.

"I'm going to tell your grandmother yo—," you threatened her but was cut off when she suddenly sat up.

"Woah, careful now."

"Ugh, I feel dizzy."

"You already have low blood pressure, don't make it harder for yourself."

"Hai hai. You're so cool, you know everything, mom."

You gave her a sigh as a response to her words. You knew she wasn't insulting you and was just messing with you but she can be really misleading at times, mostly when she's newly woken up.

Mako yawned gaining your attention. Standing, you fix her bed hair and smile. "I made breakfast already. Saori will be here in a while. Prepare yourself for now."

A while later, you had just finished setting the table. Soon you noticed the black haired girl walking towards you all drowsy.

Eating breakfast, the two of you spoke light conversations.

"Hmm~ Y/N, you really make good breakfast," Mako complimented you.

"Thanks."

Soon, the two of you had finished eating and Mako was now about to leave for classes. Opening the door, you notice Saori outside giving you and Mako a small smile. You greet her and look back at Mako.

"Don't cause any trouble now," you told her with a chuckle. "I won't," she replied.

After a few minutes, Mako had already left you alone at her residence. Looking around, you clean the house. It didn't take you too long to finish as the house wasn't messy nor dirty in the first place.

Wiping a sweat of your forehead, you crack a small joke. "Sometimes, it's like I'm a housewife." Really, it was quite cool of you. Such a manly guy doing humble chores, surely everyone would've swooned from you.
