"Y/n?" She said when the guys were done celebrating.
"Yeah?" I asked.
"Why do I have to cancel my plans?" She asked shyly.
"Cuz you're coming with us silly!" I said giving her a hug.
"I don't know if my dad will be able to buy me a ticket. Or if there'll BE any tickets left by the time my dad finally agrees. He knows I don't have friends so he'll think I'm stalking Bianca or something." She said looking down.
"Your ticket is all taken care of. You're part of our group now remember? And Carter and I will go with you tonight and ask for your father's permission." I said smiling.
Nessie shrieked and latched onto me. I hugged her back and smiled. She said thank you so many times, it started to sound like a tongue twister.
"Oh! Hey Nessie, we're all going to Y/n's place after school. Wanna come with us?" Asked Hayes.
"Yeah! I'll just text my dad and tell him Imma go do homework at Y/n's and he'll be cool with it. Thank you guys for being so welcoming!" She smiled.
"That's what we're all about. Making people happy and feeling welcomed." Said Shawn as he gave her a hug.
We talked for a little while more. Then the bell rang, Hayes and Nessie went to their class and we all headed to ours. The boys went to the class, while Cam and I stopped at our lockers.
"So, Nessie? You really get along with her don't you?" Asked Cam.
"Yeah! I don't know why, but when I saw her last night in the hospital I just automatically pictured her as my little sister. She's cool. I'm glad she comes to school with us now." I said going through my locker. Cam just laid his head on the lockers and stared at me.
Cam's thoughts:
She's so sweet and caring. Why didn't I just tell her how I felt earlier? Now I have to fake a smile every time Carter hugs her, or holds her hand, or even worse, when they kiss! But she's happy. And I don't want to mess this up for her. She's just... Ahhh! No words can describe what I feel every time I see her! It's like I'm looking at an Angel! I feel my tummy toss and turn. All she has to do is look at me and I'm left speechless!
"Helloooo? Earth to Cam?" I said waving my hand in front of him.
"Wha- yeah!" He said confused.
"What were you thinking about?" I asked curiously.
"Oh nothing much." Cam lied.
I smiled and closed my locker. Cam hugged me and we walked to our Math class. Matt was talking to the teacher when we walked in. I checked my phone while Cam and I walked to our seats. I had 2 new texts. One from Andrea and one from an unknown number.
